Green Township Collision

My mom was involved in a car accident, and we needed to repair her car. The insurance company sent us to an unacceptable place for an estimate. We got 3 independent estimates on our own. We decided on Green Township Collision. I had googled reviews for auto body work, and they have good reviews. I was impressed from the time I called. Jen is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is also very friendly. She gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner. She explained how the system worked with the insurance and helped arrange for my mom to pick up the rental car at their body shop. We were very particular in what we wanted done. The work was superb. You would never know the car had been in an accident, and the paint/clear coat was done to perfection. The bumper paint matched the rest of the car better than the original put on by Honda. They cleaned and vacuumed the car. The price was reasonable for the part we were paying for. You cannot do better than to have Green Township Collision repair your vehicle. They don’t take shortcuts and do things right.

This place is where I went when someone stole & damaged my vehicle on new years/my daughter’s birthday. I highly would recommend & refer anyone to go to if they need damages repaired on their vehicle. The front right side of my vehicle was beyond damage & when I got her back she looked brand new! Very happy & satisfied with not only having my only transportation back but to have her with a new & improved look.

I've always had a great experience here and have been bringing my vehicles for years! Wonderful communication and really good service! I've unfortunately have had to bring my vehicles here way more than I like to admit. But they always take care of my cars and make sure everything gets done as quickly as they are able to and the repairs always look better than new!

I would recommend this company to EVERYONE if I could. The moment I brought my car in, until the day I picked it up everyone was GREAT! The receptionist Jennifer was incredible to work with and had so much knowledge to give me. The staff kept me informed through the whole process and was extremely kind! It was a pleasure to work with them!!!!

Jen was incredibly friendly and professional. She helped me every step of the way. This was my first time having to go to a body shop and I was very happy with this place. I will continue to use them in the future. Jen took care of updating my rental car and extended the contract for me when my car needed additional time for repair. She kept me updated on the status of my car and was transparent about the progress. The guys that did the work did a superb job. My car looks brand new and like the collision never even happened. It's all i could ask for and more ! The bumper and sensor was repaired and the paint they used matched my cars stock paint exactly.

Place is awesome!!!! I have been here 3 different times now and they always do an amazing job. 10/10 recommend. They gave me a better rate than the place that I bought my car from. My dealership said they couldn't fix an issue and Green Township fixed it for me. They also get you in as soon as they can and get the job done in a timely manner.

Someone hit my car dented the front fender and my front end was hanging down. The clips were broken off and I went here for an estimate. Very fair price, put my front end back up for less than $20, to get me by! Very happy to pay that for security! Replaced all clips that were broken, and given a fair estimate for total repairs! They have a customer for life, so if anything else happens I’ll be back! I can’t thank you enough!! 😊

Amazing place to work with on auto body repairs! I work locally and was able to drop off on my way to work and have stellar service with returning this to me fixed better than new. A little over a month ago, I was in an accident and took my truck to Green Township Collision based on a recommendation. They were fantastic! Jenn helped book a rental car for me so I did not have to work with the insurance company. The work (replace back bumper, hitch, exhaust, after market accessories, paint) was completed on time and looked great.

After a few days of driving, I noticed the exhaust was sitting against my bumper. I contacted Jenn and she got me in so they could make adjustments, which is sometimes needed after the exhaust settles. They made the adjustments in half a day and haven't had any issues since.

I will be sure to recommend Green Township Collision to others!

I took my SUV here after I had some debris damage a lot of my Sorento. I had scratches on the hood, a hole in the front bumper and scratches on both sides of the car. I just got the car back today and you would never know it was damaged!!! Looks brand new!! It was completely buffed out and even minor scratches that were there from before I bought it from normal wear and tear are gone!! Even the inside has been detailed and completely cleaned up!!! Extremely happy with how painless Steve and his crew made the whole process from wreck to repair!! I would highly recommend Green Township Collision!! I can't wait to show everyone I know how amazing my car looks!!! Kudos!!!!

There are not enough good words to describe Steve's business. My experience is smart, fair, prompt quotes followed by excellent, meticulous repair work wrapped up with professionalism and good communication. A few stressful incidents meant I needed several repairs. It was easy to build trust and confidence after the team repaired my car the first time. And when I thought about getting rid of my car, I took it to Steve asking if anything could be done about the appearance. He knew just what to do! Now people think my car is newer than it is! The 5 Star reviews are true! My 2016 Camry looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside & washed the outside. Easy to work with. Worked with the other person's insurance & Enterprise car rental. Could not be happier with the result after the accident

First let me start by saying I wished that there were 10 stars instead of 5!! From the first call to the pick up everyone was very pleasant and professional. Jenn answered all of our questions and was very patient and knowledgeable about the issues. My mom had a dent in her car from a grocery cart and we were inquiring about PDR. The estimate was fair and they were able to conduct the service the same day. We left the car to be fixed and when we returned not only was the dent removed but they cleaned up the car inside and outside. My mom was overjoyed with appreciation that she began to tear up. They did such a remarkable job that she wanted to give them a tip (this is not normal for her) and they refused to take!! To Jen and Jeremy thank you so much for making my mom's car new again and for making her day!!

Recently had our vehicle repaired after a getting hit. Steve took his time to walk us through the process from beginning to end and making sure we weren't getting price gouged or having corners cut, even though the other persons insurance was paying. Quick turn around and awesome results. Our vehicle looks just new!
