Dr. Jones and his entire team couldn't have been nicer or more compassionate. He explained everything in laymen's terms and was very calm and generally concerned with how my wife was doing. The surgery went very well and the results are amazing! Also, Scott, the PA, was Superb in his role with follow up care. Every person on the team kept us well informed during the process. Would recommend them to anyone.

They are great, on time, felt very comfortable and confident with my Doctor. Do testing there.

First off-receptionist/secretaries are HORRIBLE !!!!....took 2 days worth of phone calls to finally get a receptionist...2-20 mins.calls no answer...3rd.call almost 15 mins.finally got an answer !!!...This has happened multiple times throughout the months !!!!....Secondly-Had a heart monitor from this facility on Mcnaughten after returning monitor to company received a phone call from another Mt.Carmel group out of Grove City...Why not from the people I had been dealing with ??...Overall;Mount Carmel as a whole does not care about patients it's just about the mighty dollar bill and how many people they can get in and outThey certainly don't care about the care and well-being of patients !!!!!...😡😡😡

Appointment for 11 am. Phone confirmation said to arrive half hour early or appointment would be rescheduled. Arrived early. It's 12:11 and still waiting in the exam room....Unacceptable!

They do not listen to you any of your concerns I had to switch doctors because my concerns was not being met and they’re rude. Talk down to you I would not recommend them.

Avoid. If there is somewhere else to go, go there. Impossibly difficult to get something scheduled and even more difficult to get results. I've spent way too much time of my life on hold only to be disconnected.

I was told I have to have “urgent” blood work done, yet it’s been 2 days since I’ve called them. No call backs, no information about my other blood tests.
