We got engaged at the store in Summer of 2022 and married October 14, 2023. We can't thank you enough for everything that you've done for us through the entire process. Alyssa was absolutely phenomenal!! Not only helping Tyler set up the in store proposal (and making sure it was recorded!) but with picking out both of our bands. We highly recommend Vons to anyone and everyone and we will most definitely be back! Thank you again for making this journey fun and easy.

Von's is truly the most welcoming and honest jewelers I've ever shopped at. All the staff is so friendly. During my most recent purchase, Alyssa helped us create a custom mother's pendant. Her wealth of knowledge and straightforward communication really helped us know exactly what to expect during the process. Stephanie, the jeweler, and other sales associates at Von's were wonderful to work with from the start. I desired a fully custom engagement ring for a montana sapphire I purchased elsewhere, and they worked with me to get the design of exactly what we wanted. The ring turned out great and they helped us find a wedding band to pair with it. My bride and I are extremely happy with the rings and the people we worked with.

Recently, I had attempted to locate a jeweler who could create a custom designed piece of jewelry for my daughter’s birthday. This is when I discovered the amazing talents of Jill, at Von's Diamonds and Jewelry located in Lima, Ohio.

What started as a conversation with Jill and only a single picture of a design by my daughter, ended in the creation of a stunning one-off pendant in 14K solid gold with a 26” solid gold adjustable chain.

I presented the pendent to my daughter in front of her students just prior to the beginning of their final concert of the year. When she opened the beautiful presentation box provided by Von’s and saw the shining, one-of-a-kind creation (that she had helped design without knowing it), she was overcome with emotion.

Her students, fellow educators, and everyone who saw the piece that evening shared in my daughter’s excitement with the pendent. My daughter told me that she will be wearing it at all of her future performances.

It’s a rare occasion to meet an individual like Jill from Von’s Diamonds and Jewelry. Her attention to detail, creative mind, and communication skills, made this one of my most enjoyable purchasing experiences. From start to finish, Jill was an absolute pleasure to work with during this endeavor.

What started as only an idea was brought to full fruition by Jill. As a result of her efforts my daughter is now the proud owner of a custom designed pendent that will become an heirloom for generations to come.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Vons! The ladies went to work right away to find the perfect ring that I was looking for and got it ordered immediately. They thoroughly explained the differences in styles, designs, diamonds etc. to help me understand what I was searching for. They also gave me support that was much needed with it being a tough purchase. I had received some pretty deplorable service from other jewelers while trying to get my wedding rings fixed. Shawn at Vons was such a pleasant, understanding, and wonderful woman to work with. Truly went above and beyond and can’t thank Vons enough for getting my rings back on my finger!!

We had a necklace that was custom-made since my wife became a recent grandma. The rings on the custom made necklace seem to get intertwine with each other, so Vons fix that for me for no charge. Very happy with the job that they did.

Our journey with Von’s recently began after a terrible experience at a near by jewelry store, we were discouraged and unsure we wanted to keep looking. Until we decided to come here! Great service & selection. My husband bought my diamond ring here 25 years ago. We live in Columbus & still come back to Vons to have my ring cleaned/checked and for any of our jewelry needs. We trust them & the people that work there are provide excellent service. It’s worth the drive for us to take our business to Vons.

I recently moved to the area and Vons was recommended by a friend. Vons worked on a few rings I already owned, and I could not be more pleased. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and more than happy to help me. Dennis was by the far the most pleasant and professional jeweler with whom I've worked. He finished the work ahead of schedule, and he stayed an hour after store closing to accommodate my hectic schedule in order to personally meet with me. I could not be more pleased, and I highly recommend Vons to anyone with jewelry needs.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE visiting Von's. Stephanie helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring for me. They also helped make a beautiful custom wedding band. I live out of town, but will never go anywhere else for jewelry. Whenever I'm in town, I am sure to stop in to not just get my ring cleaned perfectly, but to visit the employees who are so down to earth and truly care about their customers! We just purchased a beautiful Hearts On Fire diamond engagement ring, and we couldn't be happier! The service is first class at Von's. Both Chris and Dennis were very helpful from picking out the setting to educating us on diamonds. They are very patient and no pressure - and they go above and beyond. I cannot possibly say enough positive things about my experience. I had Jill design a custom ring for me using a family heirloom diamond that had been in a ring of my dad's and before that was my grandma's and great-grandma's. Now I have my own very special one-of-a-kind piece that Jill and I designed together. I couldn't be happier with the final product. It is utterly stunning. The people at Von's were just as excited as I was when I came in to pick it up and try it on for the first time.

My husband surprised me with beautiful gold earrings and a diamond ring for my birthday and our 25th Anniversary. They treated him with respect and friendliness and helped him find beautiful pieces that stayed within our budget. When I returned the next day to have my ring sized up, they were extremely kind and made the alteration free of charge. Upon the pick up of my ring, a lovely smiling female associate saw me and entered the showroom floor as soon as I came through the door and retrieved my ring, commenting kindly on how beautiful it was. It fit perfectly. My husband and I do not buy fine jewelry often, but when we do, I can see us returning to Von's again without a doubt.
