The staff is always friendly. The food is always good. My favorite thing to get is their $5 box. Its 2 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw (they have some of the best coleslaw. Its the creamy one) a biscuit and chocolate chip cookie. Its a great bargain.

My fiancée got the famous chicken bowl.

Double down is awesome. Have had 3x. Eat inside; it is hot. Restaurant is clean. I'll be sad when it leaves again! Prices a little high.

I've been here once before. They have great food. And it's always great service from staff. Only gripe tonight was about the wait but the food is going to be nice and hot. And I got a soda for my wait! 😊

This KFC I've used again and again. It's one of the best the works are nice and the food hot and fresh and they never got my order wrong.

I must say,this Kentucky fried chicken is the kind of chicken that made Kentucky famous,this chicken wasn't all dry and hard,it was very delicious, had 3pc dark,now I wish I had 2more pieces just like those 3,I mean look at that chicken

This KFC is awesome! The service I received from Ben and Chas was amazing! Respectful, smiling and they both definitely know the menu. Customer service was outstanding! I can honestly say that their professionalism is none like I have experienced in Illinois NOR Missouri. The establishment is very clean as well.

Outstanding service during pandemic. Always long drive through lines, but the lines move faster than any of the other fast food restaurants. Professional staff is dedicated to protecting customers along with providing efficiently quick & accurate service. Plus, the food is always great.

Exceptional as usual. I got a 3 piece dark meal with the Nashville hot upgrade. My daughter got her go-to Famous bowl and a side of fries. Their new fries are awesome. Not as good as Five guys spicy fries, but close

I'm from Crystal Lake Illinois and 1st in this place and I was surprised with the service of very young girl Samantha the most sweet person I had some questions what to have and she was the most amazing and helping me . Pot pies were supposed to be $5 but was charged 7.49 for it. The food was good, the restaurant was dirty and none of the tables had been wiped down in some time

Excellent service despite being slammed with unexpected business! I just wanted to drop some quick Kudos to the on duty manager and staff of the O'Fallon IL KFC that was working at warp speed, and doing their best to work through an unexpected slam of business (I've never seen their drive thru so busy!) Especially wanted to recognize the manager who.was doing a fine job handle the rush, despite a beligerant customer that she shouldn't have had to deal with! His attitude right out the gate was uncalled for, and she was perfectly justified in just getting on with business, despite his rants and insults.
Keep it up, team, and don't let them get you down! This is the best running KFC I've been to in a while.

Let me start off by saying I met a lady by the name of Mary today, 11/7/17 she truly was a blessing, I’ve been down and out for the last 3 weeks and her words was all I needed to hear! I used to work at KFC they are a very nice restaurant and have very well-mannered and well-behaved people working there I would not mind going in there sitting there and eating because they are such nice people Mike and Molina are the managers at KFC and nobody reads this post tell them that Ronald Campbell gave them this recommendation

I ordered wedges, cole slaw and a biscuit. I am vegetarian. I wanted a tasty meal, without the meat! Wedges and biscuit were hot and fresh!! Coleslaw was cool, tangy, and delicious! Great meal from KFC!
