Normally don't post reviews but they were great. Though the website is a little outdated don't hesitate ordering from here. It's been a long time since I've received something so quickly. I was eyeing a certain Kuhl jacket for months waiting for a sale that never happened and searching the web for a cheaper price and right before I was going to shell out $150 for it I came across the same one on this site (they had 1 left and in my size!) for $100! The jacket was authentic, beautiful and I’m very pleased with it. If I need other gear I will definitely be checking for it at Everest Gear.

The service department called to ensure that the jacket I ordered would fit, as it tends to run large. I had been watching all the mega outdoor retailers on the net for months waiting for an expensive tent I wanted to come on sale with no luck so I put my hopes on Black Friday/cyber Monday. Sure enough, there were some deals. But the best price was from EverestGear. Never heard of them. I ordered with a little trepidation. Then I realized I had ordered the 2 man and I wanted the 3 man tent.

I called back the next day and got a cheerful, helpful person. The tent was already boxed for shipment but they replaced it with the larger one and charged me the difference. Problem solved with one quick phone call.

Tent arrived in perfect condition 3 days later.

From now on I will check EverestGear first for every outdoor gear purchase.

Great online ordering experience. This was my first order with Everestgear. The staff responded to emails very quickly and were knowledgeable about the product. Shipping was just as fast. The parka is as advertised and awesome.

I've ordered two times so far from this company. They not only have great sale prices, but they are also very fast in delievery (never more than 5 days to Hawaii), but their customer service is AWESOME! The first time I ordered they called to verify my address because the post office process the address differently than what I know it as. The second time I ordered I left a note of the problem from the first order. They sent me an email asking me to verify before they shipped but they pulled the order off the shelf. They then called me later that and said that they verified for me and that my package would be there in 3-5 days. I will continue to use this company! They do a GREAT JOB!

I had never heard of this seller and decided to give them a try. Ordered my Jetboil Minimo on Friday afternoon and received it on Sunday. Skeptical no more. Great experience, great price, fast shipping. Would recommend!

Even though the website looks like it was from 1999, these guys are legitimate. While some of the larger retailers, such as REI, look very fancy, EverestGear beats them on pricing.

I had ordered a Patagonia Snap T for $30 less than if I had bought it directly from Patagonia or REI. These guys processed my order and were able to ship my package to me 2 days after the order was placed - I live 2 states away.

Unfortunately for me, UPS had misplaced my delivery. EverestGear worked with me to provide me a replacement package 2 days after I had filed a lost package claim with UPS. Even though it was a Sunday, EverestGear processed the new delivery, shipped it that Monday and I received it...again...2 days after it was shipped.

I will definitely order from EverestGear again. Their prices are hard to beat, their delivery is quick, and their support staff is very helpful and understanding.
