E&H Ace Hardware

If no have never gone to a reputable E&H Ace Hardware with the best STIHL section in the store I have ever seen, then this IS the place to go. I just purchased a STIHL chainsaw. Their technician, Mike, was the best! He will fill the saw up with fuel and start it up to make sure you are ready to go. I will always come back to Garrettsville for all my STIHL needs.

Friendly service. Clean well-stocked store. Easy pickup for items ordered online.

I shop here fairly often. It's rare that they don't have an item that I'm looking for. Friendly staff, always asking if I need help finding something.

Recently bought a house, have been into the store many times looking for items, not necessarily knowing what I needed. Charlotte has always been so extremely helpful, she's very courteous and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to show me what I need and help answer my questions. That store would be LOST without her! Charlotte is a TRUE asset! Thank you Charlotte, your the BEST!

They're a bit pricier & by that I mean in regards to Walmart & Amazon, but their products & customer service {employees} are what makes me choose them over both those honestly. I've always been asked if I needed help - even multiple times & they're always busy either cleaning up, or helping & just seem to have a good atmosphere when you walk in. So I'm ok paying more for certain things when you know the employees are truly working for the customers.

Picked up a backpack blower, they were very frendly answered all my questions Just all around very pleasant to deal with.

Great little but super busy hardware store. I normally go to Newton Falls but this location was the only one in an hour radius of me that had all the items I wanted in stock. Curbside was perfect, young man was extra careful loading heavy items in my backseat and he was friendly!! I will be back to browse you find the best items at Ace and each store seems to have their own personal touch items for sale.

Great staff and always friendly willing to help you out when looking for something and make suggestions if your not what you need to make repairs. Service is above and beyond. Thank you.

Edit: 7/26/2023 I went in again today and same great service. The one thing you can depend on with ACE and this store is their consistency. They got me in and out. I needed longer screws for a project I was working on. Thanks again I will be back.

Went in to to look for a new string trimmer. The Stihl shop is amazing and Wes was super helpful. while other stores had just a few trimmers to choose from, Garrettsville Ace had dozens. This store is an asset to our little town! Great brands, great people. Just what I need, when I need it.

Always happy when I walk in there, the store in Garrettsville, Ohio. Their customer service is an A+ in my book. The gentleman who helped me today, Casey Everett was so pleasant and knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable in their store and make sure the customer is satisfied before they leave.

Really a great classic home town hardware. Helpful staff, people I've know since I was a boy! Support local businesses.

There is not a more friendly, knowledgeable, and honest staff at any hardware store I have ever been to. I brought my chainsaw there expecting a costly engine rebuild. They had it back to me within a week, finding that it was something very minor. Many other places could have taken advantage and just rebuilt it. Thank you again, Jon

Good store. Prices are a little high on some items, but that is to be expected at a small local store. Staff is very helpful. They can cut to order, fix small engines, make keys, and sharpen blades as well.

Friendly people just wish they carried small pieces of drywall for patching walls. Casey is always good to work with. He knows the store well.

My experience with Garrettsville Ace has been fantastic. The people are very friendly and most of all helpful with anything you need done. More specifically, Casey has gone above and beyond and is the very reason I am posting this 5 star review. Thank you again for handling the patio set the way you did.

SHOP LOCAL. Super nice friendly folks are here to help you, with whatever you are looking for. They have a large inventory & if they don’t have it… they’ll order it for you. With local shops you get that personal touch.
