Garrettsville Hardware Store

I come here all the time for any of my hardware needs. The store is always clean, and the employees are always quick to help with knowledge on the products or projects. Their is a Stihl shop in the back which is always knowledgeable on the products they sell though if you need something repaired, just know that they're always busy and you might have to wait a while on the wait list to get your tractor or equipment work done.

This is our hometown ACE that is phenomenal. Every employee knows exactly what they have in stock every time and where it is located. I always enjoy coming into this store and having discussions with the employees. This location should be a model for all of the others. Thank you for the excellent service.

Was looking for a bolt based on one that I brought in, employee help me find exactly what I needed and was very courteous

They had what I needed and were willing to help me find it. Looks like it can be a stressful environment to work in so I give them credit for being so kind. Very clean and comfortable store.
