This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jerry Entingh was fantastic to work with, candid, and helpful. This will be the first dealership I look to in the future for any vehicle purchases.

I would definitely recommend buyers imports to anyone looking for a new or used car. They have a great selection of high-quality vehicles. I purchased a used 2019 Mercedes C 43 AMG from them roughly a year ago. The purchasing experience was very smooth and hassle free most of it can be done online. Most recently I had damaged my front right rim from a pothole on I 70 I contacted them in order to get it repaired and Steve the service manager provided some of the best service I have seen from a car dealer. I had a very tight schedule due to work And he was able to get me in and get the tire replaced within an hour. Keep up the great work I will definitely be back to buyers imports in the future.

I got in a jam when my current car brakes gave out after 227,000 miles. Stopped in and talked with Thomas in Service about a repair. He was very forthright and had a tech take a look but thought the repair would be more than the value of the car. In the mean time, I talked with Sean McKinney. He was straight forward with me but not overly pushy as we discussed new cars for me. We talked about what I was thinking and he made some suggestions. I ultimately test drove a vehicle and went home to think about it. No hard pressure just "give me a yell if you have any questions." I ended up purchasing a 2016 vehicle from him. Their online loan application and in person work with their finance group was easy and smooth. I highly recommend you talk with Thomas if you have repair needs and Sean if you think you might want to purchase a new car.

I researched and looked up vehicles for about 4 months before I started the test drive experience. I knew I wanted an Audi , but it was difficult and exhausting trying to find one I loved in my price range, with just the right amount of milage for my life style. The big day I was out for a total of 10 hours nonstop from one side of town to the other multiple times test driving when I was about to give up. it was 5pm and I just left MAG with my girlfriend and I was contemplating making this poor decision when she found this A4 at Buyers, yet across town again. She said I had to go and see it before I ruled it out and made a bad decision on a much older model. I called and "Rachel Paskey" answered the phone. I asked about the A4 and if it was still available. She asked me to hold because she wanted to physically see the car, before she told me false information. She returned shortly and confirmed that it was still there and nobody had bought it yet. We raced the columbus Friday rush hour traffic to get to Buyers approx. 30 minutes before they closed. She pulled it out of the rain for us. Greeted us at the door, and we was testing driving it within 8-10 minutes. As soon as I pulled it out of the parking lot I knew it was the one. We chatted about the price and different types of Audis, and why it was hard to find the ones that I was interested in. She was really polite and thoroughly honest about everything I asked about maintenance and recalls on them. I told her I wanted it and she had already had the finance people appraise my trade-in and started the process. A little over an hour later were had came to terms with everything and decided I would come get it the next day so they can finish up the detail on it. The Pick up day was so easy. They had it in the show room garage with a big red bow, waxed, and fueled up ready for take off. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying anything in my entire life. Rachel made the long search for a new car, effortless and timeless. I already can't wait until its time to redo the whole experience over again. :)

I brought my Audi in today for an oil change and to get a part ordered for a recall issue. I was given a loaner car upon request. Everyone was very nice, things moved quickly, actually faster than I was told. I was even sent a video of my car during inspection. Well done, Byers Audi, I will be happen to return in the future. My dear friend who is an elderly lady was in Columbus shopping from out of town. Her car started acting funny on the ramp onto 270. She limped her car to Hamilton Road and found Byers Imports. Steve Morris, the Service Manager, helped her with her Ford on a late Friday afternoon and even provided her a loaner so she could go home. Dave the mechanic explained thoroughly what was wrong with the car. I cannot thank Byers Import and these two for going above and beyond to help her!

Dominic and Heath also made out car buying experience a delight. Dominic was not like any other salesman that we have worked with in other dealerships, when he approached us and introduced himself he told us about the car we were looking and the history of what they did to get it ready to sell and how they acquire there vehicles then told us if we needed anything just give him a yell. The Acadia was very clean and in spectacular condition which tells me that they only sell quality cars. I wish all salesmen were like him not being pushy and giving me and my wife the space and time to talk between ourselves. Heath was great to work with doing the financing and again was not pushy about any extras, showed them to us and went on. When we actually bought the car we were there a little under an hour. That was due to most of the work was done over the phone with Dominic.

I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was there and how upfront they were. I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

My third experience in purchasing a car from Byers. The are an excellent dealership, the best in Columbus in my opinion. My sales rep was Lauren Davis. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Drove away in a new VW Beetle in a couple hours

I purchased an amazing Audi RS7 from Rachel Paskey at Byers Imports. I couldn't have had a better experience. She was patient, attentive and responsive without being overbearing or "salespersony". I've purchased a number of Audis before, and this was definitely my favorite experience.

It blows my mind that I essentially purchased my car over a text message! The finance guy (I apologize because I can't remember his name) was also great. He was as big of a car guy as I am and made the entire purchase process extremely easy for me. Thanks again!

I worked with Scott Cramblett to purchase my 2016 Carrera S from out of state. He was wonderful through the whole process and prompt when returning answers to every pedantic question I posed. I have never had an easier time working through the paperwork and Scott helped me arrange the interstate transport. The car was delivered in my driveway a day early and in flawless condition, just as Scott had promised. I will definitely be contacting Byers when I'm ready for an upgrade!

I’ve always wanted an Audi. My journey to getting an Audi began almost nine years ago with a visit to a competing dealership in town.

After a disappointing experience with sales at that place I swore off Audi altogether and ended up with a different make and model.

Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I was in the market for a car again and decided to give Byers Imports a chance.

From my very first interaction with Hunter Jepsen I knew this experience was going to be different.

We’ve all experienced at one time or another a pushy sales experience. Well the experience at Byers was the exact opposite
and much appreciated.

I let Hunter know from the outset that I did not know what I wanted. I was provided the opportunity to test drive different vehicles until I found one I liked. He patiently explained features and options and his enthusiasm about the brand was apparent.

Unfortunately, the car I did want which they had in stock, was sold before I had a chance to commit. That was a real bummer! To Hunter’s credit, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process, keeping me informed via text even after hours.

He clearly wanted me to find the exact car I wanted ( the right color with the right options ).He continued to send me specs on cars he thought I would like the next week but they weren’t quite what I was looking for.

I did find a car at another dealership ( in a different city altogether ) and provided Hunter with the link. I let him know if he can get me that car from that specific dealership I was in.

Knowing the chip shortage and limited inventory at dealerships it was a bit of a long shot.

I don’t know what bartering went on behind the scenes between Hunter and his sales manager and the other dealership ( truly felt like magic ) but 2 days later MY car was on its way here.

Both Hunter and Will Murray from finance worked with me and got me into the car I wanted at a great price. I couldn’t be more THRILLED with my purchase and my experience at Byers.

Even post purchase, I’ve peppered Hunter with questions and he’s been helpful and responsive.

I’m sure this is not the last car I will be purchasing here.

Extremely smooth deal for a used car purchase w/trade-in. Pressure-free transaction with fair pricing and excellent customer service from Chuck (sales) and Rachel (finance). This was probably the easiest, most trouble-free car purchase I've experienced. I think we were in and out in under 2hrs!

I drove from Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH to look at and ultimately buy my 2017 Subaru Outback from Byers. My sales person, Corbin, was easy to work with and understanding of my needs and limitations. I would buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends.

SEAN MCKINNEY went above and beyond to help me even though we knew I probably wasn't going to end up purchasing my vehicle from him. I was referred to him through the Costco auto program (the current closest participating dealer which was 200 miles away from me). He answered all my questions via phone and text, looked up information for me, did not pressure me, and made the whole process low stress. He was available and there for me if I decided to purchase through him and was more than happy if I didn't if it made sense to purchase at a dealer closer to home without the Costco auto program. He was very responsive. I never would have expected this level of service from someone who knew I probably wasn't going to purchase from them. He was extremely friendly. knowledgeable, and low pressure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Need an option to give more than 5 stars - This was our best car buying experience ever. We purchase a vehicle and traded in our vehicle. HUNTER JEPSEN was our Brand Specialist. He is knowledgeable, polite and prompt. He addressed all of our questions without any purchase pressure making for a really fun experience. His brand knowledge and passion for these vehicles was highlighted as he discussed the features & options of our new vehicle. His communication was outstanding before, during and after the sale. If I could give this team more than 5 stars I WOULD! I have bought A LOT of cars and own a lot now, 18, and this by FAR has been the best and easiest purchase experience EVER!

I have never seen customer service like this before, my salesman, John Smith, was OUTSTANDING! He IS the true epitome of customer service going so far as contacting prior owner and picking up a part from them they had forgotten they had. This saved me HUNDREDS of dollar and finding it used is impossible in good condition. He also complied with every crazy ask for pics of the car and never pushed back once since I was purchasing this sight unseen but most important he is just a super nice guy.

I also have to share the spotlight here as well with FI lead, Mike G. He was patient, detailed, pleasant and no pressure, the whole purchase piece was simple and flawless. I cant say that about ANY other FI guy I have worked with. Since I bought this out of state I will be doing all the registration but they had that whole process down, this was not their first out of state rodeo.

My review wouldnt be complete without acknowledgement of the vehicle prep crew. They did a stellar job of clean up and presentation of the vehicle. I was so unsettled on the 6hr drive to sign for and deliver the truck expecting the worse in terms of condition and this truck did NOT look like a 11yo truck.

I purchased an Audi Q7 a few months ago from Sean who was great. No pressure—he was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. Today I had service on the SUV and once again, excellent service. Tristan was friendly and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I am a Byers customer for life!!
