Lush Cosmetics Beachwood

I just checked out and wanted to leave a review! The staff on call this evening were super kind and helpful; Jose noticed me wandering around and helped me pick out a toner and face mask to counter the winter dryness. They were really knowledgeable about the products and even gave me some tips to get the best results from the face mask (Don’t Look At Me). It was just a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Jose!

Jose was the best!! Very knowledgeable on all the products I asked about and gave me a free sample for my birthday. It’s always a good day when I go into Beachwood Lush.

Received a sample of the purple shampoo it is very nice. I understand the owner created it. The salespeople are always friendly and accommodating, which is refreshing.

This lush is amazing. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. It’s very clean and welcoming. It’s so colorful and fun and vibrant. There are so many bath bombs and cool, fun things to choose from to pamper yourself. I highly recommend taking a trip to Lush to get gifts for friends and family, (and yourself).

I was at lush today and i had an amazing experience with the employees they were super helpful with finding what i was looking for and had a great conversation that made my day :)) - also got a free sample of lotion and it smells awesome!

The staff is extremely hands on, Jose helped me with tons of samples, and I thought that was the end of my experience. Unfortunately, my bag was stolen and in shambles I returned to the store only for Jose to be incredibly understanding, and provided a wonderful experience.i will definitely be coming here again

Went in yesterday. The store is very tight on space, but they make it work even on a crowded day with a Christmas rush. They run the space very efficiently. I had a great experience with Monique(?) who was extremely helpful. She is an excellent sales/customer service associate. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of her products. She listened well and made on point recommendations based on what I shared I was looking for. She made great needs/want based suggestions based on what they had. She was very pleasant as well.

Lush is a great store with amazing sustainable policies! Their products are terrific and they're great for going zero waste (plastic is permanent).

Every time I go to this store I always have the BEST experience. From the friendly greeting, to the questions to understand and find the right product for me, and even the free sample! Everything about shopping here is always great. Plenty of recommendations and being able to test the product is very helpful.

Can be expensive but there are some great products and luxurious scents to be found here! Love the shampoo bars and I can't get enough of the "Rub Rub Rub" body scrub. Have them demonstrate it on your hands and inhale the exotic aroma.

I came in with my daughter looking for a gift for her 8th birthday and went to Lush in Beachwood.
I was greeted with a smile from a lovely young lady.She was so kind and when we left my daughter told me “I had such a fun time in there”
The young lady (who’s name so believe was Lizzie) had so much fun with my daughter and showed her all of her favorite bath bombs and even showed her one in one of the bowls at the store.Gave my daughter some samples of things she wanted to try and wished her a happy birthday.
Lizzie is such a great face of the company and we will be returning. 😊
