Luxury Nails

I called today at 630 asked what time they took last person they told me 7. I was able to get there at 645 and had awesome service. I felt bad because they stayed late for.me but they were so nice and respectful told me it was fine they were happy to stay. Hands down the best salon with the nicest techs always clean and pleasant and never a long wait even when walking in. Also lowest prices around. Thank you luxury staff

I love this spot. I’ve always had good service, an explanation of pricing, and the opportunity to just walk in and get service or create an appointment. #4, #8, #2 are my favorite, so sorry I don’t know all of their names but those technicians have always been awesome. I’m a fan of the dip nails.

My experience with my step son was amazing we had lots of fun and he enjoyed it. We also found colors we liked and we will match them next time

I seriously wanted to post a before and after picture, but my conscience would not allow me to post these rooster feet😅.
Nevertheless, I absolutely love this place. I called at 11 am and scheduled an appointment for 11:30. I walked in at my scheduled time, and a few minutes later, I was getting my pedicure. The lady took her time and gave me one of the best feet and leg messages.

I LOVE luxury nails. I have had several different nail technicians at their salon, but my favorite is Julia. She is so sweet, always makes sure I like what she’s doing, and has treated me like a friend since the day I met her. Go to luxury nails! You won’t regret it.
One time several months ago I was in a rush because of work. I let them know, and they literally got me in and out of there in 25 minutes. And they looked amazing!

I love all the people that work here. They are all extremely polite, professional, and talented. I cannot recommend Luxury Nails enough!

Julia took such amazing care of my indecisive daughter today 🤩 She usually paints her own nails and it was her first time getting a manicure. Julia realized the color wasn't drying the same shade we thought it would and took the initiative to find and suggest another shade, and repaint them. It turned out perfect! It is the kind moments like that, that have us returning to Luxury Nails for special events.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately helped. The gentleman who did my gel manicure was kind and did a great job. Also their prices are great. Last time I got a manicure I was charged $55 and I didn’t have previous gel on and have short nails. Here it was $38. So thank you Luxury Nails, I will definitely be back.

This place is so amazing the staff is by for the best in the business their quality of work is so excellent

She kept a conversation going and made sure she wasn't hurting me. She even helped me figure out what color an design I wanted

I have LOVED every experience at luxury nails. Hue has done my nails the past 2 times I was there. One time I expressed that I was on a time crunch. They told me that was no problem and finished a full set of acrylics in 20 mins! And they weren’t sloppy at all. Amazing job. This past time I went I had Julia. She was so kind and I when I left I felt like I had a new friend. Customer service is great. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend. Also, the prices are very good. I paid $57 for acrylics with a difficult shape and a design. You can’t find that anywhere else.

I called to verify they were taking walk-ins and they told me to come right over - man am I glad I did! I love my pedicure, the work the technician did is beautiful! Same with my mani! My only complaint is that my nail polish didn’t last for more than 4 days, not sure if its me, the polish, or if it’s because I didn’t get the gel or artificial nails. Either way, I’d still highly recommend - but get they’re early! They fill up quickly!

I have been going to Luxury Nails off and on since they opened. I have always been impressed with friendliness of the staff, their professionalism, and their service. I am writing this review because I went in today for a pedicure, and I was incredibly impressed with how well the salon has met and exceeded COVID regulations and guidelines. Guests are required to wear masks, pedicure tubs are lined with disposable liners that are changed between guests, and dividers are placed between nail technicians and guests. I really appreciate the staff at Luxury Nails has put forth so much effort to protect themselves and their guests! Plus, I always get a great pedicure at their salon! I definitely recommend them!

Luxury nails staff are friendly and I always walk out feeling relaxed from the pedicure. Reasonably priced and discount if you use cash. They are my go to for a great pedicure.

This place is clean and the staff are very polite. They take their time when providing the services. Will definitely return.

I don't know why people are saying the staff is rude. Personally, all of them have been nothing but sweet to me. I've been going for several years now. When my mother became seriously ill, they always asked about her. When she was up to going out and about with me , we'd sometimes go there, and they would GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help her and make it easy on her. When she passed away about 4 months ago and the staff found out, they were sad and sympathetic. Maybe remember that the staff are indeed humans and deserve to be treated with respect just like we the customer expect to be. I understand that nails are expensive, and we pay for these services with our money - try not being snotty and snobby and stuck up. They are providing a service that is completely optional. There are rules and policy that they need to follow, so when you don't get your way, don't throw a fit. They are a chain in a company. Put your big person pants on and stop piddeling yourself.

I went in today and got an a full set of acrylic nails and they look amazing! One of the men there did them, and he did an amazing job. All of the employees were nice and asked exactly how you wanted your nails! My new nails look amazing! This is definitely my new nail place.

I got a manicure, and my wife got her nails done. They did a great job. I hope this type of Service continues.
