I love Dr. Schroer she very professional pleasant and patient. I have been her patient for over 20+ years. She is the best doctor ever.

I have been going here my whole adult life and can honestly say, Doctor Schorer is the best doctor in the Cincinnati area. The staff is well trained and friendly. They all work as a team very well. If your looking for a family doctor, look no further.

The best gift of a doctor I could have ever wished for. She has saved my daughters, helped me and as long as possible will be our family doctor. I could praise her enough.

Staff is AMAZING, and Dr. Schroer is compassionate and thorough. Cannot say enough about the excellent care I receive from this office.

Dr Schroer cares more about being right than patient care. She did a genetic test on me without contacting my insurance company to see if it was covered. Did not discuss it with me, and I received a letter that it is NOT covered after the fact. When I expressed my anger with her, she terminated our relationship. I’m stuck with the bill. She didn’t respect my concerns on medicines she wanted me to take. DO YOUR RESEARCH when looking for a good physician. The year I spent here has been brutal for me. I should have listened to others but I wanted to support a Woman physician. Also, always ADVOCATE for yourself! Just because there is an MD after the name does NOT mean they know everything

She has the absolute worst office staff in this area. I left them because of a clerical error that cost me over $200 out of pocket. Me and my wife attempted to become new patients of hers after more than 5 years away and Karen got rude with us over missed messages to my wife, who suffers from epilepsy and doesn’t recall hours of her day before and after a seizure! Never again will I attempt to visit this office. Rude, unprofessional, and inept when dealing with patients and insurance. -5 stars. Melissa needs to fire her intire staff and start fresh with competent people

Sue is the worst CSR. She always argues, makes it hard on patients, and ONLY CARES ABOUT POLICY. She needs to retire or get fired. I can’t stand hearing her when I call because I know I’m going to get the run around.
