I was just doing a walk through. I'm looking at all the neat stuff I want. Sales galore! Had this cute avocado pillow in the College Dorm area.. my dog has an avocado toy that she loves, I thought long and hard on buying her this pillow.. only to realize she's a dog and it wouldn't be this stinkin' cute for long.
As always, great selection, ideas, and prices, guys!!

Huge variety of choices to shop for though it seems the clothing choices are more specific to the older generation. I used to be able to find clothing that I liked in the juniors and also an area for young women, but now it seems that it is more focused on an older generation. As far as the fit and choices. I found some things there that I absolutely loved, but of course they did not have them for a athletic large frame. The only things I were able to find, I had to completely improvise with other selections which required me purchasing numerous items just to make one outfit work. On the upside I was able to get a good deal on biolage hair shampoo and conditioner as well as find out they still have a photo studio to get family pictures etc... The staff was very kind and accommodating though they were not able to assist me because I had a specific look in mind for wearing to a wedding

Fine Jewelry, Terri is amazing and will go above and beyond to help you with your jewelry needs. She’s able to multitask and help several of us once. We had two sizing issues with some jewelry pieces and she helped us all the way with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you Terri!

Store was clean. All sizes were available. No line at the checkout. Cashier was very friendly and efficient. Air Conditioning was working.

Prices are extremely high on dress clothes as I expected. Mainly came here to give a 5-star review to Ms. Roz who had the best customer service at checkout! She was kind, warm and helpful. Thank you so much for making my day Roz!

Tons of business suits, clothes and alot of different sizes for all folks. Couldn't find any good clothes in this county other than in JCPennys. Store is clean and customer service was up to par.

The ladies in the salon are a treat beyond measure and, leaps and bounds above expectation especially (forgive me if I slaughter the spelling, please) Lanetta. I can see why this was one of the busier places in the whole mall. What a salon should be; friendly.

Not to crowed, most patrons wearing masks, still the normal 1 or 2 who want to exercise their denial. Shelves are well stocked and sale's staff willing to assist. May patrons walking out carrying bags. That is a good sign. Nice to get out.

Up until last week I hadn't been in a JC Penny's in 10 years. Needed a suit and decided to go there when my usual spots didn't work out. Got a nice 2 piece set for about $150.

JC PENNEY IS STILL A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AND A GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCT.

I shopped at the St. Clair Square location a few weeks ago while visiting my son. There was a pregnant, young woman (management I'm guessing) who helped me and answered all my questions, even though I could tell she was tired and in a bit of pain. Her professionalism and patience most certainly made my decision to return very easy. I went back a few days later and she wasn't there (jokingly - probably in labor 😊), but the staff was just as nice as her. The store selection was great, too! Low prices and everything seemed well organized.

I have always found good deals. However, once or twice the staff is rude. I visited this store after couple of months and i knew there is price scanner near womens fitting room and was just lost so asked the passing by associate where can I find the closest price scanner she mentioned there is none on this floor go directly to register which was shocking as after a while I did find the price scanner which I was looking for.

Ms. Fran and her co worker was excellent in finding my other package. That some how end up 3 row over from where it supposed to be. Ms. Fran look frist she saw one and didn't see the other one so she ask her co worker would she please go in the back and see can she find it and she did. My husband and myself said that what you call TEAM work. Keep up the good work ladies

After having an awful experience at another jewelry store in the mall, I decided to check JC Penney. Rosco, the associate who helped me, greeted me with amazing customer service. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the jewelry department. He was extremely kind, and helpful. His knowledge was OUTSTANDING. He helped me to find all the discounts I could get (which saved me money) I would recommend him to anyone!!

Great place to get items for your windows especially custom hard to fit ones. When they run a sale its hard to beat. "Al" Alvin is a Great helper in that department. He needs a raise!!

I like this location. The selections are great and the customer service is wonderful. This JCP's location always has a way of making you feel comfortable and invited. The prices always seem to beat the other department stores in the area and they have the best coupons ever. I like stopping through this store every time I'm in St. Clair Square.

It was sad to see the nice displays with beautiful products and reasonable prices, but no one there to buy them. I am very pleased with the bath towels I purchased.

Haven't been there since the eighties I didn't even know they were still open so glad I went back in after a friend told me lots of amazing deals

Got a peel off for an additional 50%. Receipt said we saved over $900. Got some great deals on my cruisewear like 80% off on beautiful dresses. Manager had to over ride max of 50 items per transaction on my peel off.
