Been a member for over 20 years. The interest rates could be better on savings accounts, but I love the customer service and being able to talk with a human being without having to wait more than about a couple minutes max (most of the time even less). My own credit union is located in Dayton- too long a drive. But they are cousin or Share Branch credit unions. I can do a lot of business here without needing to make a long drive.

I just completed getting a new car loan from Emery...and it's never been so easy!! I was going to be out of town for the week that I wanted the loan. Paula Ozolins made it incredibly easy. I got a great rate with a special promotion that made the rate less than 1/2 of what the car dealer was going to give me. We did ALL of the paperwork online. She sent the dealer a check...I showed up at the dealer on Monday, and picked up my car.
