Barb Steponkus and her team are professional and courteous beyond a fault. They also extend their hours well past what they should to accommodate individual tax filers and small business owners. When my friend's large accounting firm dropped them, I recommended Steponkus Tax Services first!

Fantastic service! I did my taxes on TurboTax prior to bringing them in and Steponkus saved me several thousand dollars compared to my own calculations. They are very patient and don't rush you. Prices are really incredible compared to the three other CPAs/EAs that I've been to. I have very complicated taxes with multiple returns and the cost for their help was not much more than the live TurboTax help I had been using. The reason that I came to them in the first place was that I had a tax question emergency and couldn't find a CPA/EA to help me. I wasn't even their client and they took the time during busy tax season to answer my question for free. I tried to call back to pay them and the office staff told me that they commonly answer questions for people who aren't their clients - they just help people for the sake of helping people. I am so, so happy to have found them!!

Ken prepared our taxes for us. This was our 1st year not doing our own. As new home owners we were hesitant to do them ourselves. Ken was friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through the process, explained different credits and answered all our questions. We will be coming back every year for sure!

My only regret is not going to them sooner! I have a financial family member and have always done my taxes myself with their guidance via the phone. This was my first year going to a CPA. I'm a young professional and each year my taxes get a bit more complicated, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I'm so happy I came here instead of doing them myself, it was so much easier and worth the reasonable fee they charge. Surprisingly the cost to have them do my taxes compare to what I paid the year before for with Turbo tax was a minimal difference!
Everyone one I spoke with from the initial scheduling of the appointment, meeting with Barb, to signing forms at the very end was friendly and so helpful. I feel confident in her thorough questions, that we took advantage of all that I could write off. I will definitely be going back to them next year and see why my family raved about them when referring me to her.

I was referred to Barb Steponkus years ago from a co-worker and have been using her ever since, probably 15 years now! It started out an individual taxes then grew to myself and my partners taxes and now we both have businesses too. Barb and her staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. They make things quick, simple and hassle free but the whole time you know they have your back. Thank you!

They are efficient, extremely helpful, knowledgeable. Get appointments early, though. They do fill up.
