The service from Tara and Mary at the Harper’s Point Widmers is exceptional! Not only do they greet you by name when you walk through the door, they often see you walking through the parking lot and have your dry cleaning ready for you. Even better, when there is a problem they fix it immediately and follow up to make sure you are satisfied. I know I could use the free driver / pick up service, but the service from Tara and Mary make me want to go in their store. Great Job!

Love Mary, fun banter whenever I pick up or drop off. Great and honest service. It was tough news but she told me when they would be unable to get certain stains out instead of just taking my money. Got my business for sure.

Revised review: They did a great job fixing my other half’s pants and saving a brand new dress to almost new again! I highly recommend them and the manager is very good at remembering her customers giving you a home feel. Folks needed extra time for my (many) cleaning orders (plus an alteration order) during the holiday season due to staffing issue affecting many businesses these days.

Nonetheless, they got my clothes done much quicker than anticipated—5 days early! Clothes looked great, too.

The best cleaners hands down in my opinion. Have had a lot of other cleaners mess up my clothes. This has NEVER happened since being with Widmer’s the last 4 to 5 years. Widmer's Cleaners at Harper's Point has been my "go to" for cleaning services for dresses/gowns and men's dress shirts ever since I moved to Cincinnati. I had a summer filled with weddings and needed a quick turnaround for several of my clothing items. Without question, Mary was always kind and extremely helpful with her recommendations on how to handle a variety of situations (close deadline, stains, unique fabrics, unclear care labels, etc.). I cannot recommend this location enough for their timely and dependable services!

Widmer’s hand washed my formal gown that I hesitated to have dry cleaned because of the jeweled sleeves. They did a beautiful job, and no missing bling! Tara was very helpful and made sure I was happy with the results. Widmer’s will be my new cleaners!

I have been a Widmers Harpers Point customer since it opened and continue to be due to the quality of the services provided AND the efficient, pleasant staff: Tara, Mary, Carol and Zack. Most times my garments are hanging at the counter when I walk into the store because they see my car pull into the parking space.

I brought my wedding dress in on a Wednesday to be pressed after arriving from out of town for my wedding on the following Saturday--there was a major winter storm forecast for that Thursday, but the manager Tara called their main plant and helped make sure there was someone there who could help me that same day so I could get my dress back before the wedding. They went above and beyond to get it finished before the storm hit and I was able to pick it up again that same evening

Excellent customer service from Tara! She went over and above in helping me with items I needed dry cleaned prior to leaving for vacation. Entire staff is friendly! I highly recommend this location.
