Service and customer support has been excellent. I always get a quick response whenever I request an order. Our school has been very satisfied with the quality of the student chairs and desks we purchase, and delivery times match what we are told to expect.

After corresponding through the Chat, I found out that North Carolina has a personal rep. Shelby is Amazing. I had a quote within an hour. She was kind enough to check on other items that I needed. I talked with Tim, and he was able to not only answer my question but also take my order over the phone and offer a small discount over the online price. Shelby Hoyng was awesome to work with on this particular project. She was very polite, and informative. We were looking for middle school size desks and I started an online chat with Shelby, I told her what we were looking for and mentioned that shipping times would be a factor. She sent me 3 different quotes from 3 manufactures and contacted them for shipping time estimates. I also had to call her on a couple of occasions for a little more information and clarification mainly on my part and she was ready to help out however she could so that we could make our decision. The process from start to the day I sent her the PO# was approx. 12 days, 3 of those days were me waiting to get the PO#. I would have to say Shelby was on top of her game on this one. I very much appreciated her expertise and willingness to work with us on this.
Shelby will be my go-to person on the next project. Thank you, Shelby, for helping us move forward that quickly and if the manufacturer holds true to his shipping estimate we will have desks in these classrooms before school start in august.
