My technician was David Moore and he was especially attentive and courteous! It was raining pretty good during his visit and he didn’t rush through anything or cut corners. In fact he went the extra mile and did a couple of things I am positive most others wouldn’t have!!! I had a package delivery while he was there and he made sure moved it in out of the rain. In addition brought our garbage can in from the curb! We weren’t home and he still went above and beyond!!! I have been a customer for I guess about a year and everyone that has come out has been amazing! We have used another service provider and Greenex beats that experience…hands down!!! They come in between visits if necessary! The technicians have all left the message to contact them directly if there is an issue! They obviously have a great employee training program. Most importantly though you have to have an eye for those people willing to accept great training and have a passion for customer service!!! David Moore you are appreciated!!!

I have been a Greenix customer since moving to Hanover Twp. Our home has had no pest issues since starting with them. But, what I love most of all is the personalized service. We always get a text on the day of treatment, identifying the technician who will be at the home. Then, I will get a follow-up text when my house is next on the list for the day. Every technician I've chatted with has been friendly and explained the service provided. Then, as a final wrap-up, I get a text and email summary of services provided, products used, and areas that received attention. I couldn't ask for more!

I started service today with Greenix so this is my "new customer" experience.... customer service over the phone was prompt & courteous. Cole arrived during my 2 hour window. He was very knowledgeable. He explained how the process works. Where the house is vulnerable. He set traps. I am confident this company hires excellent people. I am hoping for great results.

Extremely personable, and conscientious staff. They have excellent communication. The best part of having our lawn treated is that we have never seen a flea or tick on our dog(s).

Greenix has been our pest control company for several years. During this time we have never experienced any issues. The service has been great, the technicians very professional and the results have been fantastic. This company totally deserves my 5 star rating.

I only just received service a couple hours ago, so I can't speak to the results yet, however- Brooks on the phone was extremely helpful with everything, from answering my questions about the process, the chemicals, scheduling and pricing, and what they needed from me before treatment. Martin who came to the house was extremely knowledgeable, he did everything quickly but also really thoroughly, and brought up some issues with a vent in my house that I didn't realize was uncovered (saving me further headaches with possible rodents, I would have never noticed and I'm sure my landlord would never have fixed it on his own). Martin was also very personable, and just seemed like such a happy guy while he worked. He truly seemed to enjoy his job, and to me that made a big difference in my own anxieties about the bugs.

Brooks helped me get set up and feel more at ease almost instantly. He was very polite and informative on the phone, took time to explain things to me, and helped me save a bunch of money, given my situation. Scheduling was fairly easy, and I was able to get a total price amount right away. Payment was also very easy.
Martin showed up on time, was great with communication before, during, and after the treatment, and was helpful in so many ways. Truly a great asset to Greenix as a whole. Joy to be around.

The after treatment communication was impeccable. Statements and detailed descriptions of the service they provided and the chemicals used, billing information was immediate, and very detailed. They gave both me and my husband each a card with information of the services provided and a phone number to call with questions.

And overall- the guarantee (fleas) really can't be beat. I haven't even gone back inside my house yet, but I feel confident and safe with the work these guys did for me and my family. Can't thank them enough. HIGHLY recommend.

Dillon is a great guy & a wonderful technician! He went the extra mile by giving me a call ahead to give me enough time to meet him at my property across town. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained in detail what he was going to do, why & what makes the techniques work. He's very detailed-oriented, polite, informative, professional, patient & friendly. GREENIX, he's a KEEPER for sure!

Been with Greenix Pest control for a couple years now and trust the process. Had pest inside and now we don't. Had to find all the holes they were coming in at and strategically placed product in those spots. Now we just need the maintenance done on the outside to keep the pest barrier up.

The method Greenix is using to solve our pest problem does appear to be working and hasn't harmed us or our animals. But the real reason for this review is the tech they sent to our home. Gabrielle from Cincinnati is definitely the tech you want, she is very thorough, knowledgeable, and driven to make sure she does everything she can to rid you of the pests. She is also absolutely amazing with the pets in our home and my special needs nephew who is living with us, last time she was here she took the time to explain to said nephew what she was doing and how it worked in an appropriate way he can understand, while also listening to his crazy suggestions on how to quickly rid us of the pest, which may not sound like much but it is everything. Also, today I found some conflicts with something I'd been told when scheduling and the contract I signed and she helped get it all sorted before even leaving, she got me in contact with who I needed to speak to before she even left our living room. I'd absolutely recommend Greenix to friends and family knowing that they have techs like her working for them.

Our Greenix pest control specialist Gabrielle Galea did an excellent job removing spider webs from all areas of our home. She is attentive to details during cleaning and applications of the insecticide products used to keep our home free of bugs. I've enjoyed Greenix service now for over 4 years and would recommend to others.

This company is fantastic! They came out right away and fixed the issue immediately! Ray the technician was super knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any type of rodent or pest problems!

The company address my concerns. A tech Brandon came the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable The following two visits Michael answer all my questions and did a complete job to get rid of my mice. He was really a nice guy that is truly a professional respecting my home and property. At this point it seems like my pest problem is solved which I am so relieved.

Greenix pest control has done an excellent job of keeping the bugs and spiders out of my house. The techs are polite and well trained. I am extremely pleased with the service.

The Greenix techs show up when they say they will and always take the time to answer my questions completely without talking down to me. They take care of my pain points and suggest other services that are available but they do not push. I very highly recommend Greenix to anyone who's looking for a professional pest control company that treats you like a valued human being and not just a customer.

Definitely has been a decrease or elimination of bugs in house (ants, spiders, “pill”bugs). Outside, ants are decreasing along with spiders but we’ll know better next spring. Also haven’t noticed any signs of mice in outside shed yet… that also is better! Overall, technicians are respectful, professional and always let you know what they did!

We have been a customer with Greenix for a couple years now…I have been very happy with them..I have never had any pest issues since we have been with them. Their technicians always let u know when they will be at your house and are always there the time they have said. Very thorough in applying the pest control and are very friendly…would recommend to anyone who is looking for pest control service.

The man that came to my house was very nice and professional. I have not seen any bugs or spiders since their first treatment. I'm very happy with the company. I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Greenix. Noah Pytel was my service tech today and did an AMAZING job. He hit all the special spots I requested. He was very thorough and spent the time needed. He kept me in the loop on what he was doing and why. I would have given more than a 10 if I could have.

Always send out a text the morning they are coming to ask if there is any problem areas for treatment. Great service, I have had them for years now with no pest issues. If you do see something between treatments they are always quick to come the next day to resolve issue. I had yellow jackets that found a hole in my house. They came out 3 days in a row to make sure it was fixed.

Your technician was excellent and beyond compare of any others. His name is Caes Anderson and he was so professional, attentive to detail and customer focused. I highly recommend him and hope you schedule him here at my home for future services. Great Great job Caes! Thank you!!!
