The view of the river is beautiful and peaceful. It is a great place to launch or pick up kayaks or canoes. It is also a nice spot to fish from the shore. However it is undeveloped: no restrooms, playground or picnic tables.

No playground, no bathroom, no official parking spots. Kind of a quick pull off the highway and park your drive back car for when you exit the river on your kayak. Not even a spot to look for mushrooms here. It is pretty though!

Terrible spot for canoe/kayak access - knee deep mud and thick cutgrass (very sharp - tough on bare legs).
