I enjoy going to Planet fitness to work out, I never feel like I am being judged. Everyone is there for a purpose either to maintain or loss so I feel good going there. They have the best machines for my work out. Love it.

Ok I never saw myself leaving a google review for a random Planet Fitness, but this gym is great. The staff is super friendly, the price is incredible, there are tons of machine and rarely any issues with getting one (at least for cardio- I can't speak for the racks). I've never had an issue with cleanliness, and the one time there was an issue with machines not working the staff was super responsive. Overall great vibes and a really nice price point. There's nothing scammy about their policies, too, which is nice-- when I had to move out of the area they let me cancel easily without any weird charges or runaround.

Busy, busy, BUSY between 4 pm and 8 pm. Time your visit accordingly. The weight bench station isn’t extremely roomy so you might be finding your own makeshift training area. They have most, if not all, of what you need to get the job done. I live in Atlanta but when I visit Cleveland, this is the gym I frequent. Pretty great staff and it’s clean. Would definitely recommend.

I started coming to this Ohio City location after having a membership to a high-end and expensive gym/club in the area. I can honestly say this Planet Fitness location is about as impressive as my prior club, and a quarter of the price. The staff is very nice and always attentive. No matter what time I attend, there is always someone cleaning the equipment. It's a very clean facility for being a public gym. I go in the mornings when it's typically not as crowded. But everyone seems to be very respectful of the equipment and I really enjoy coming here for my new home gym!

Love this gym! The workers are very personable, which makes the gym experience so much better. Jeff always welcomes me with a smile and i truly feel at home here!

This is the best planet fitness I have ever visited!! It is so clean & organized, and the energy is amazing. Jeff the manager is so professional. You can tell his employees love him and the vibe is always so positive.

Spacious gym , clean environment , helpful friendly staff an always filled with great refreshments I love how they decorated for Halloween it’s so spooky an cool!!

Staff always makes a point to say hello and goodbye and the facility is always clean and stocked. Appreciate them because I imagine this is one of the busiest inner city locations. Busy ain't easy. Thanks for all you do!

The staff is friendly, kind and professional. The size of workout space, and equipment provided, is larger than most. The facility is well maintained and clean, w/ a great atmosphere. Its distance from my residence is close, avoiding any traffic, and it has a user friendly app.

You can always get a machine you want. Everyone is really good about wiping down their machines. I love the really big fan when I am on the elliptical. I love tanning as well. Great value for members.

I love the crew. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year or longer now and everyone is so kind, personable, and holds me accountable for missing days!! That’s just a plus to making friends with the crew. They keep the place spotless, every day they scrub the equipment. If something is broken or out of use, it’s up and running the next 1-2 days. They’re always on top of things and know how to make everyone feel at home.

I'm traveling so I decided to review each PF I visit. Plenty of open equipment, clean and great music. The 30 min section needs a mirror to see the traffic light when working out facing the other direction. Bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Could use a wall shelf in the changing area since it only had a stool. Helpful attendants. Overall great experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They smile to greet me,say it's nice to see me, are attentive when I ask, and always send me off with a smile and see you next time. The gym is incredibly clean, especially the restroom. Always smells fresh. I feel comfortable and at home whenever I visit. Thank you☺
