I got my hair done by a stylist named Alicia here a few days ago before my birthday. The overall experience was poor the stylist kept changing my appointment date which the first time was understandable fast forward to the last appointment change,my appointment was scheduled for 130 I get there at 115 I let her know I was there she informed me she was on her way okay cool. She didn't get there til 150 when I enter she was on the phone gossiping which should've been the first red flag. Now she was a sweet lady but unprofessional to make a long story short she left In the middle of doing my hair because she went to pick up her kids. In the end she cut my bundles too short and I really didn't like the end result the closure looked like a quick weave and it was giving a 70s mom mind you I'm 18 smh but still paid due to me being there until 10pm!! and also having difficulty when it comes to expressing my dislikes!! I also forgot my last packs of hair and asked to come back in to pick it up she told me I could pick it up anytime of the week just for when I do try to pick it up the next day she stops responding!! Would not recommend !!

That girl cazina did the worst sew in braid was too tight and how you charge extra to get your hair wash and you at the shop...never again
