Andrea is incredible! I needed uniforms last minute and Andrea made sure I got them within two days of making my order! She called me before shipping out the order to see if I wanted to pick it up and even waited for me when I was 20 minutes late. She’s the best! Thank you Andrea!

It was my first time uniform shopping for my four year old and we had a great experience! Reading the previous reviews, I was so anxious to even walk into our appointment. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, accommodated our needs quickly, and within 10 days of ordering, our shirts arrived a few days before school starts. Peter and his staff have been very helpful durning all the challenges this year. The clothing for the kid’s uniforms are top quality and the customer service has been dependable. Great Customer Service! I had a promo code that wasn't working. They quickly resolved the problem and credited the difference. Also, clothing is durable, my child outgrows her uniforms, we never need to replace because they get worn out. They are always in good condition to pass down to another student.

Amazing customer service! Since first ordering a blazer for my son, I have had to change my order twice because we’re new to parochial school and figuring out what size to buy has been challenging, to say the least. Each time, Donnelly’s has promptly and cheerfully changed my order within hours of my request.

I ordered my daughter's uniforms in early June and when I received them on the specified date, they were all too small. I had assumed on the size rather than measuring her. I emailed the company the day of pick up and they emailed me back the same day with a few different options for an exchange. Very prompt and understanding.

The Customer Service and Online Call Center were very helpful in resolving an issue with pants that came and were completely the wrong size even after having my son measured at the store. Peter was very helpful and willing to get to the bottom of the problem. He went so far as to drop pants off at my son's school to try on so we did not have to make another hour and fifteen minute drive to the store. It just happens that my son is at the in between size of youth and adult so the sizing is particularly tricky. In the end we found the size that works and he now has comfortable pants to wear.

Stopped in to pick up tights and an extra uniform sweater for my daughter. I called first and Billie was courteous and more than helpful on the phone. My items were waiting for me when I arrived. We’ve been using Donnelly’s for over 18 years and their customer service is always top notch.

I just ordered skirts for my daughters and Billy was a gem on the phone. She is kind, courteous and extremely helpful. I wanted to order the skirts early so we could get the 20% discount and free alternations. She helped me figure out the best sizes and explained the order process and alteration process given the COVID-19 situation.

My child had a last minute change of uniform and Donnelly’s customer service handled my exchange request and pricing question immediately via email - on a Sunday! Though there’s a long wait for in-store transactions, customer service by email is excellent!

I have been purchasing uniforms at Donnelly's for the last eight years and once again they have gone above and beyond my expectations ! There was a little issue with sizing and i can't say enough about the two ladies who assisted us, Ashely and Nadine, i usually deal with Karen, because she is familiar with my plus size daughters issues with sizing, but these two employees are top notch as well ! Thank You Donnelly's for having such knowledgeable, caring and professional employees ! All three are an asset to your company ! They made this year as pleasurable as all the rest ! Why 5 stars? Well, it's not because of efficient operations, low wait times, good customer service, or any other typical reason that you give a business a 5-star rating. I'm giving Donnelly's of Rhode Island 5 stars because of their commitment to being a case study for how businesses should NOT operate as well as a commitment to educating Rhode Islanders about the inefficiencies of monopolies. I have to assume that this commitment to being a place that all seeking to really understand poor business operations and economic practices is the only reason that this place is still in business. So I commend Donnelly's! Also, we ordered a jumper for my daughter in late July. It took 3 follow-up calls (because they never returned our calls after saying that they would) to get them to finally tell us that the jumper won't be in until mid-October. Meanwhile, my daughter is wearing her too-small jumper from last year. And their wait times are ridiculous. Well done, Donnelly's! #ImnotmadImjustimpressed

My cart didn't update when I checked out to include an extra shirt. I emailed to ask if they could possibly amend my order to include the second shift to avoid a second shipping charge, and they were able to help me with no issues. Super quick response, too. Thank you!

Donnelly's is a great place to get all your private school needs. Their service is top notch and they are always willing to help. The delivery to school is also a huge plus. We love working with Donnelly's to get our daughters their school uniforms.

The Customer Service online & call center are super helpful! I was able to change my order and add other items too very easily. I appreciate that we can order on line and not have to go to the store during this time!

I don’t know why ppl are complaining so much.The staff here are literally teenagers , yet people always find the need to be rude to them. Anyway….great service !!

Amazing experience ! First time I went to Donnelly’s and will definitely come back . The staff at front desk were polite and helpful and Mary who helped me picking sizes etc was amazing !
