This was the first time I actually went inside. While there a customer was looking for a few items they had a hard time locating. As the customer buzzed around the store she asked for assistance from the clerk. Without hesitation, he directed the customer around the space helping her locate the items she was looking for and pleasently answered a couple of questions before ringing her up and sending her on her way. I was very impressed with his demeanor and patience. Truly the epididimy of fine customer service. I also noticed the cleanliness of the store, which echoes the parking lot, and how well stocked the shelves are.

I highly recommend speedway. Good behavior of staff with customers. Cheaper Gas prices.

Is in the manager in the daytime but he just more worried about employees have given trouble or whatever places great the customer services awesome staff is awesome Please just go check it out

I have never been to a gas station convenience store with employees this friendly. And not just one employee. It seems like every single time I come here, I'm greeted with a smile, kind words, and an employee who actually engages with me instead of just scowling and taking my money while they have a conversation with someoneon the phone. The gas station itself is mediocre, often you have to go inside to pay, and they don't always have the absolute lowest price. But when you go inside to pay and you are helped by a friendly, genuine and kind employee, it really goes a long way.

Well the exterior of the gas station is neither clean nor free from homeless people milling around, and inside experience was pretty unique as well... I almost didn't get sold two of the three packages of beef jerky I grabbed, because they wouldn't ring up on the scanner. I thought the guy was actually joking with me and then realized he said he couldn't sell them to me because they wouldn't scan. I suggested he scan something else for the same price, and sell me my $7 tiny little bags of beef jerky which he ended up doing. So I guess it was a win-win. And the jerky was delicious... But really strange to have to convince him to let me buy it.

I am a loyal customer and love this station due to the amazing and friendly employees. However Today I had an unpleasant experience I pulled up front and accidentally had my rear tires in the disabled spot an employee let me know, so I asked would you like me to repark he replied yes I was on the phone and was asked by my friend what you doing so I replied “I’m getting back in my car to move a lil” The employee was listening to me and made sure he corrected me and said I’m a manager. Mind you he was smoking a cigarette in the front of the store, I also saw a truck was parked with their tires in the disabled spot, I asked who is that car. He replied that’s mine ———- LOL so it’s okay for you to park with your front end in the disabled spot however if customers do it it’s a problem idk 🤷‍♀ All I can say is he was very unprofessional and cocky with very poor customer service skills especially since he made it a point to Make sure I knew He was the manager and not “just an employee” Needless to say I will still continue to shop at the store because I love all of the employees so if “The Manager” wants to get an attitude with me the next time I visit he has been warned that I will contact corporate if he continues to give my favorite speedway a bad reputation.

I came in in the morning to get some gas. I was getting helped by the younger lady and then the older lady jumped in the conversation and was being really rude. She’s rude and she needs to be fired. She shouldn’t be working in the front if she’s in a bad mood, she needs to have better customer service. I will never go back to that gas station again thank you and have a great day.

Car wash 24 hours has problems, no soap also the employees doesn’t have good respects for the customers

Very rude owner/ manager !!!!! I paid for the car wash and left my car with dirt when I complained about the dirt on my car the owner refused to give me another car wash.
Never go to this place.

They won't let u use restrooms and will be rude about it. I got gas and asked and they ignored me then said its broke . Yea right .

I got a flat tire and I drove here to pump it up. I know it should be free but the employee just ignored me.

The lady whom I believe is the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.
