Went here after a long day at the Holden Arboretum. It was just after open and we were happy that they let us sit on the patio with the little doggy we had with us.

They even brought Burt a little doggy bone on a plate haha.

This was when Lake County had its worst air quality advisory and they were okay with serving us outside.

The service was amazing and everyone was very personable.

The food was very tasty and came out in a timely manner.

Second best part of my trip to HIRAM. I love the way they make their Mac n cheese yum. Every thing was perfect. My side salad, my ribs, my pasta. I love pasta 😋

I liked where the location of the restaurant is. The food was very delicious and fresh. 1st time going here and I will be back again. We had a nice waitress as well. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and very clean. I had to take some leftovers home because I wanted to save some for later on.

Awesome sweet corn and 1/2 slab of ribs. I'm not able to send a picture of fresh baked bread with brown sugar butter and regular butter....I ate it!! Our waitress was lovely and happy. Side salad had perfect portion. Excellent overall!!

Wait staff was friendly and attentive made you feel welcome. Food was excellent. Had the rib sampler which was not over seasoned or over sauced, tender fall off the bone yum!Homemade French onion soup that actually tastes like ONION soup not beef or chicken soup with onions and croutons that stayed a little crunchy til the end. Sweet potato fries with awesome , bitey horseradish sauce to dip. Homemade bread with just the right amount of char and a perfectly made Cosmo to go along with it all. Definitely an enjoyable, delicious experience. Will be back!

Barbecue chicken and ribs were very good and tasty nice restaurant dining in or out in there covered patio. Patios decorated beautiful flowers and koi pond. Nice help good service

Always good food and always good service. Cozy inside, especially in the winter with the fireplace going in the great room. Really good burger, great pulled pork sandwich, and their ribs are excellent (of course!). Been going here for 8 years. Also, they have a generator so if the power in the area is out, this is the place to go!

Amazing BBQ, we loved every bite! The brisket and ribs were very flavorful and juicy. Our bartender was very kind. Will definitely have to come back here again.

A group of my family was in the area for an event and we stopped in for a meal. I was expecting just bar food but the menu was pretty extensive. A full rack of ribs was $25 and the meal with two sides was like $29. I’la def order the ribs again. We had a group of 6 and got our food faster than I’d expected. We will def be back next year when we come back (we live over an hour away).
Beers on tap were yuengling, miller, lagunitas, and Christmas ale. Decent amount of bottled beer. Prices for the food was fairly priced. Overall nice place. Thumbs up

We came in 10 minutes till close and were treated very kindly by our exhausted server. The food was great. Our portion to price was good.

Ashlyn was our waitress and was Fantastic! We loved our ribs and kids meals! We were a party of 6 and she made our Dinner very enjoyable! Ribs were falling right off the bone and nice and juicy! This is our spot when we come into town! 💘

Always great food and good service. Just the best there is. Always stop when I come to Ohio. Thanks Ralph and Michelle you both have made this place a forever favorite in my travels and fine dining!

The baby back ribs are delicious! The bbq sauce is very good. They have a great outdoor seating area and plenty of room inside. The servers have always been friendly!

The food was great, my server Devyn was extremely sweet and super quick to get us our drinks. I stop here pretty often for lunch and I highly recommend the burgers!

I eat there very regularly and I find all of the menu items exceptional. The service is beyond exceptional. The atmosphere is perfect

Wonderful food, great sauces, fresh appetizers and very quick and pleasant servers. Our glasses were never empty and fresh bread was always on the table.

The food was delicious and the cinnamon sugar butter for the rolls was spectacular. Service was great. All around amazing experience!!!!!!

Staff was friendly and personable, food was delivered in a timely manner, food honestly was fabulous. I've been here a couple times for company events and birthdays as well as dates, and their wings were 🤤

Everything about this place is wonderful!! The staff and atmosphere are awesome!! We had the rib and crab, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive!

We eat at "Bills" a lot, it's one of my mom's favorites places. The portions are large, if you leave hungry, it's your fault! The ribs are excellent and the prices are good!
I would like to see a more diverse menu with some more BBQ options, but whats on the menu is done right.
