Jacksonville Physical Therapy

Amanda Falkena was my pelvic floor physical therapist following my 2nd pregnancy and delivery. She gave me a gentle start into exercising without incontinence after birth. We started with a lot of mindfulness, practicing noticing and recognizing pelvic floor and lower ab muscles then progressed to practicing increasing muscle strength. She used med bridge to assign homework exercises. I was able to use an app to keep track on my phone. The photo is a print out she gave me of exercises to continue practicing following physical therapy. She is a wealth of knowledge and I would highly recommend her if you need support with pelvic floor recovery strengthening.

Always on time and easy to schedule with. Super nice front office. The physical therapist is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.
