Higs Performance Academy

Great place for kids and adults! My son has been doing jiu jitsu and parkour at Higs for 4+ years. He and I started the co-ed boxing class with Kim about 7 months ago and we love it! Family friendly environment with some great coaches.

Great place for our 4 year old daughter and 6 year old son. They love the parkour classes. It's building their confidence along with their coordination. As someone who has been a martial arts practitioner for a couple decades and running my own martial arts studio for a few years I have nothing but admiration for the setup they have. I would highly recommend them.

This is a really cool gym with lots of extras for parkour. My little kids started because they needed to work on fine motor skills, balance, and being comfortable with their bodies. It's really fun. It's a huge barn that's been converted to a gym and they did a great job. It's on a working farm, but it makes no difference to the fun atmosphere and I really like that it's not a typical commercial franchise sort of thing. It feels like friends having fun. We've also attended a few birthday parties there and that's always really fun too. Overall the experience is fantastic and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone I know.

Great place for kids. Took our son to parkour and the instructors were very supportive right away. They all took extra time to make sure he was confident and comfortable. Awesome place!

Best gym in southern Oregon! The functional fitness classes in the am are challenging for any level. It’s so nice to be a part of a fitness community in the Rogue valley!

They offer great classes in a low ego environment focusing on personal fitness goals. Great coaches, super members and an awesome place to learn new skills or sharpen those you already have.

The people are friendly and the free functional fitness class(m,tu, thu) is a great workout.
