Best boutique around!!

No customer service and very bad business practice for a small town boutique. Must be very hard up for $. They Take your money, cannot figure how to run their cash register, did not receive a receipt on the return of a necklace. I did not remove tags off the blouse I exchanged for the necklace, brought back 3 days later, too small, would not allow me to exchange it for something else because of no receipt and said it was sale rack item so it was a permanent sale when they did not tell me that in the first place. Then they said: Look at this little sign on the cash register table. She said "Trust me" and I did without a receipt. She said it would be recorded that I bought the blouse and that she could not produce a receipt. Over her skill level. Again, the salesgirl could not print a receipt that day. I think its a front shop. Old merchandise, old Brighton jewelry, nothing that is not frumpy. Same tired stuff year after year. Will never shop there again.
Treated me like a criminal when I asked for a credit. I spent maybe $160 there at one time.

Completely rude, the staff was shaming my children because they weren’t in costumes and wanted some candy like the other kids at the Jacksonville Halloween celebration where all the kids were coming in and getting candy. So I walked in as a customer with my children, we are looking for clothing actually and I was checking out the shop and the kids wanted some candy and she looked them up and down and said “I don’t think you should be able to get candy if you’re not going to dress up.” and totally shamed them and acted like they weren’t good enough. She lost a potential local customer today, and was rude and unkind to children for no reason. I would question the service, and quality of this business.
