This company has found me a quality property that I am happy with. Their online portal is easy to use for payments.. Jeff is professional and gets right back to me if I need anything. I would recommend JBS to my friends and family.

We are very happy with the home we rented. The landlord has been awesome & helped our family out so much the last few months to resolve issues. I'm so glad we rented from him. They have gone above and beyond!!

Great Communication. No ridiculous fees for PM. Someone is always available to help you if Jeff isn't. Highly Recommend!

Horrible property management company. The worst I’ve ever dealt with! Not only did they leave my child and I without heat, hot water, and electricity for weeks at a time in the dead of winter TWICE, they also lack in communication skills. I’ve called multiple times, emailed Kelly and her team, even went to the office with no response!! Cancel maintenance requests without addressing the issue and doesn’t seem to care about their tenants one bit! Issues I’ve been having with unit were “fixed” but we still experienced the same problem over again. Can’t answer the phone or respond to emails, but seem to have plenty of time to rudely reply to tenants reviews online!!

Do not rent from this company they do not care for their properties or you !!! Jeff Sweicicki specifically is extremely unprofessional and is strictly only concerned to profit off you. He lacks communication until its beneficial for him. There is numerous reviews making it evident hes truly a scammer and will run you out your money. Highly do not recommend. These are peoples lives hes playing with.

The bad reviews are very real. Lacks communication, no direct answers when they do decide to respond, no accountability. Stay away , save yourself the hassle.

I was going to chalk it up to PM's being bad in general, but there are news 19 cleveland articles and stories on jbs realty and how poorly they treat section 8 and voucher tenants.

I agree with the other posters, they NEED to be investigated and audited.

I wish I could leave this place 0 stars. Worst ever!!! Communication is non existent. Never follows through with anything they promise. Do not rent from them especially if using a voucher. They don't care about their properties. They couldn't make simple repairs to pass inspection after promising to make the repairs. Its impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. When the properties fail they will go ghost on you and come back days later with a lame response and no real information. They are very secretive and unprofessional which is shocking to me because I looked into them and they allegedly sell million dollar properties so I thought they were about business. But I guess they only reserve their professionalism for their rich customers. The properties down in the economically disadvantaged neighborhoods they could care less about. Trust me you will be just a number to them. they could care less if you have a place to live or not. Just a bunch of rich people that walk all over the little people just to enrich themselves. If you have a voucher dont take it to these people. I don't know what kind of scam they are running but the place will never pass and you will be a victim like me and at least one other person I know of who also had the same experience with them. They need to be investigated!!! They are causing people to become homeless by stringing people along the section 8 process for god knows what reason. but a thorough investigation should figure that out!

Jeff is a Total scam artist. I would give 0 stars if I could. They pick up calls in the beginning then poof they disappear. You receive random vague invoices from property repairs and once questioned about it Jeff has no clue. It’s gotten too the point where they don’t respond to any of my calls or emails calls.

I am an investor and had my property under JBS Mgt for a few months. If I could give a zero star, I would. Horrible communication, when I complained about that Jeff Swiecicki (the owner) sent me a termination letter that same day, without giving me any time to even find a new PM and finishing any of the things they were supposed to do. If you are an investor, stay away from them, save yourself time, energy and stress. He is a sweet talker when getting the business, after that he is totally MIA.

Can I have my 2023 Deposit back please I have been calling jeff and JBS Realty but no answer !!! I wonder if no one works in your office I need my money back or are you guys going to deny that you don’t know me too?????

INVESTIGATE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT I WAS A VICTIM OF EVERYTHING THEY ARE BEING BLAMED FOR. LACK OF COMMUNICATION , DON’T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE WITH VOUCHERS! DON’T FIX ANYTHING & STEALS GOVER MONEY & ALSO THE TENANTS.

Rude people and they talk to you like your stupid. I would never ever recommend this company! Stay away from them! They lie the communication is terrible! I wish I could give them no stars! Beware

Definitely not a recommendation from an investor's perspective

Horrible communication left my unit with me and my kids with no hot water for weeks. And took no accountability for not trying to help.
