Muy amable todo el personal, la atención es rápida y precisa. Debes entrar primero en la página web o llamar por teléfono antes de ir, para que lleves todos tus papeles listos según sea tú caso.

It is so sad that victims of domestic violence have no help. Magistrate Dose has no heart for her position. The way she speaks to victims is beyond ignorant. Regardless to what you do, objections filed to the judge and provide evidence. At the end of the day they are friends. So whatever they say is what goes. Regardless if you have an attorney or not. As a woman, a mother a survivor I pray anyone who is going through a situation has a shield of protection in Jesus name. That’s the only way for help. Prayer. And pray for the system, because that’s the right thing to do. Some of them actually care and don’t do it just for money. Justice will be served. The domestic violence center room 58, the women and men in there are beyond amazing. Besides that, it’s evil. Just pray!

I am currently going through a court case for my children, I can see now why these reviews and groups on Facebook despise this county,
"Between 2006 and 2015, 62 kids died because of abuse and or neglect in Cuyahoga County, according to the most recently available data from the county’s Child Fatality Report. The numbers even higher if you add all homicides" and its incredible that victims of abuse and neglect are still being push aside to meet their goals of "keeping families together".
Look at the case of Aniya Day "According to state records, the ODJFS’ administrative review spanned the period of February 2017 through March 2018. In that time period, allegations that Aniya was being abused came to the attention of the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services a total of five times, the report states"

Dont stay quiet fight for your babies and get agencies involved, monsters dont always look like monsters so if your children are telling you something is wrong listen and continue to report and someone will listen, trust no one but your attorney and do as much research as possible dont let anyone scare you with threats of taking your kids, keep records because one day all of this will be very relevant and justice will be served.

The whole court office is biased towards men, turning away male domestic violence victims and treating them like the abuser after they finally decide "help". Magistrate Dose is a biased bully in a robe and a position of power who enjoys mocking disabilities and treats all men as criminals even when they're victims of the whole purpose of this jacked up court

Worked with Magistrate Henry and Harold Rauzi in the law office. They both agreed that my parenting coordinator, Jennifer Himmelein, can literally change my divorce contract and keep me away from my daughter with no reason other than she doesn't want to coordinate the driving and communication with me and my ex. Was literally caught, in court, lying about what she wrote in the PC decision and violating her contract, but they would rather take away my access to my daughter than hold her responsible. Do not work with this magistrate if you want to have access to your children. Do not work with the Parenting Coordinator program if you want to have access to your children. The court does not want fathers to have access to their children, and actively works to threaten and attack them in court to get this result.

I had a divorce case with Judge Jones. I tested positive for Covid the day before our trail date. I am a post liver transplant person and I have diabetes along with several other illnesses that are magnified with this Covid. I sent an email to my attorney with the pictures of my at home test and called the court this morning. The clerk for judge Jones laughed at me called me a LIAR and hung up on me when I was attempting to find out what was going to happen!
I can die from this especially with my existing conditions. I have been very thorough and never contracted Covid before now. DISGUSTING AND INHUMANE treatment of me as a citizen! I felt mocked and degraded by her staff everytime I called in and this is the last straw. If there is some kind of way for me to file a claim Nolan’s against Judge Jones and her staff can someone please let me know how! The judge had treated me disrespectful and demeaning everytime I was in court and her staff does the same when you call in!

Left my husband in 2007 due to domestic violence and when getting the divorce i was even willing to take all the debt due to not having a lawyer to go through everything but then found out i am also getting the entire court cost as well. Any court who oversees a divorce including domestic violence should put the cost on the abuser and i firmly believe our judges need to be retrained in handling these cases as i was not even informed i would be taking the entire court costs as well.

The case is DR-13-346345. I filed on 5/17/2016 trying to get help in taking care of the kids. The ex walks into court says I'm guilty because I moved away. 6/24/2017 the court is still trying to make a decision.
