Panera Bread

I drive a little further daily just to go to this specific Panera for lunch. This is hands down the BEST one I've been to. The employees who prepare the food are so so sweet and are always trying their best to get the food out fast, even at lunchtime when it's the busiest. Would recommend to anyone!

A nice place to come and hang out for a moment. Have a quick lunch meeting. The staff is great. They most definitely need raises.

I love going to Panera. This is my spot, my office. I love the atmosphere. People are friendly. I love meeting new people & networking & sharing ideas & information.

It’s national Coffee Day today! One of my favorite spots for coffee is the St. Louis Bread Co. Great spot, Great service, and free WiFi. How can you go wrong? This location is awesome for travelers down 64. Located less than a mile from the exit, decent outdoor patio, and great distance to the local shopping center. One of my favorite items is the Thai chicken salad, and the coffee here is good too.

The young lady at the counter was helpful and courteous, she helped me pick out the perfect sandwich and salad combination. My order was done quickly and brought to me by a friendly employee, I would go back anytime!

Great place, one of the nicest bread co I've been too. They many regular customers that come everyday. Its kind of like cheers where everybody knows your name. 😊 friendly people

I had the avocado egg white sandwich on brioche,thats a sub. It was so good! Service was good and quick. First time at this location and clean and warm bathrooms with warm water to wash hands.

Our family became Loyal Bread Co clients because of the Sip club! We come in for coffee every morning. We also spend way to much at Bread Co now, so your strategy is working! We are Loyal customers to the Fairview Heights location because of Cindy! We even moved temporarily and still drive to Fairview Heights to see her and get coffee every morning. Great Employees are hard to find, you guys have one of the best!

Love the coffee stay for the meal. Service is great. You can't go wrong at this place. Take tha family or go alone, bit just go you won't regret it.

The woman who I assume is the manager was doing an excellent job keeping up with all of the orders and getting them out in a timely manner. It was our first time at this location and I was very impressed. For how busy it was, we didn’t have to wait long at all.

Obviously there is a staffing shortage across the country. A lot of the poor reviews I see are most likely a direct result of that. I will say that no matter how short staffed they seem, Judy is always making time to greet customers and keep the ship on course. It makes it a lot easier to not sweat the small stuff when you see that management is there doing their best to make sure the most important things are being taken care of.

I always come to Panera and this is my first time running into a new driver thru worker. I think she said her name was Mya? But she was very sweet and efficient. Definitely will be coming back here, her attitude was very nice compared to prior experiences

I always get their wonderful blueberry muffins - so great tasting and fresh. I even bought four just to have a couple at home! It is a very busy venue, but I think they are doing the very best even during this difficult Covid time. Keep up the good food and service!

As with all chain restaurants the difference is the team that leads it. The team at this St Clair location was great this morning! So many times you dont see the manager. This lady manager was busting her tail during g the morning rush keeping cool and her professionalism. Even the line cook was sincere and apologetic for the wait. Nice job to the leadership team for setting the example and training your team.

I wanted to share my experience that I had with the Bread Co in Fairview Heights this morning. I want to HIGHLY commend and applaud the courteous lady who was working the drive thru window. I was the next car in line in the drive thru to pay when I heard the lady working the drive thru repeatedly saying to the car in front of me “Have a great day, ma’am”. Thinking to myself ‘Okay why isn’t the line moving now?’ that’s when I noticed the woman in the car in front of me becoming irate and getting loud. The worker was nothing but calm and non-provacative the entire time. They go back and forth a couple of seconds before the woman in the car screams at the worker calling her the “B” word. The worker then proceeds to say “You have two babies in the car, why don’t you just have a nice day, Karen”. First of all, that’s EXACTLY what she was being. ALL BECAUSE KAREN LEFT HER DEBIT CARD AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND PROCEEDED TO PULL OFF. And you got babies in the car?!? Common courtesy really isn’t so common anymore.. So shout out to the overly nice and calm Bread Co worker - you didn’t deserve that and I hope you have a better Saturday!!

Haven't been in a while, needless to say, I'm never disappointed from any of my purchases, because they have a variety to choose from. Those shortbread themed cookies are my goto snack along the cinnamon crunch bagels...Yummy!!

Outstanding customer service, the staff is so kind, and generous even when not expected. I can compare it to even other locations near by and this one stands above the rest. Very cool, kind, caring people. Food and coffee don't disappoint ether!

Great and friendly staff, attentive to your needs. Wonderful service!! They have the BEST STRAWBERRY CHICKEN SALAD!!!! Very clean store. Been going to them for years and will continue to do so.
