Pedego Electric Bikes Long Beach

We had the most fantastic experience with this bike shop. We brought our bikes to the shop to have then fitted to our size. The handlebars, seat, etc. We also had a flat tire which was fixed and during the repair of that, another tire was discovered to be in need of repair. Aaron fixed our bikes and spent over 3 hours making sure they were to our liking and perfect fit. Unfortunately, on our way home, we were in an accident and the bikes were damaged. He felt so bad because of what happened, he came to our house and got our bikes up and running with no charge. He is a business owner with a heart and cares for his customers. It would be nice if more business owners did the same for their customers.

We shopped for the right pair of e-bikes all over Orange County. Aaron at Long Beach Pedego was not the closest shop to us but after talking to him over the phone and working out details, we were absolutely convinced our dollars were best spent with him. We own a small business that struggled to stay alive during COVID and we were proud to hear another business owner humble himself and earn our business. We will return for another pair soon as well as send ALL our friends his way. Pedego is the best bike for what we needed and Aaron at the Long Beach shop cared about us and our purchase! Aaron is a rock ⭐

Soon after we left home, we noticed our tires pressure were low so we stopped at a gas station to “air up” . The air pump didn’t fit and the pressure was not right and it further “ fatten” our tires. Luckily, we found Pedego within a short distance away. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and dropped what he was doing and helped us filled up both our bikes with the right amount of air. We were very grateful. Thank you for your kindness.

We recently bought a new car and when two of our pedego bikes needed repair we realized we never put a hitch on the new car.
(Not Quite sure what we were going to do)

I called Long Beach Pedigo and Aaron said “no worries he would pick our bikes up fix them and have them returned to us”.
(He did just that in less than 24 hours).

I love this place! Arron and his crew took me in and showed me a few bikes. I fell in love with the Element. I have nothing but positive things to say about this bike and this bike store. This in my second e-bike and I have to say I love this bike better then my Trek e-bike such a better ride.

I went to this place to have some work done on element bike they met me with a smile and offered to help me right away I wanted to buy some accessories for my new bike finders light rack ect so they ordered them and they came in faster than expected so I took my bike over to the store and dropped it off the are always a great help in person or over the phone they installed my accessories and did an awesome job I picked it up in a couple of days they have great prices and lots of new bikes to choose from they always greet you with a smile and are always willing to help you or answer any questions you might have the are very knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions great place to do business with I highly recommend this place I promise you will be glad you did I will only trust them with my new element bike thanks for always taking great care of me

Finally! A sorely needed location in Long Beach/Seal Beach area to replace the Seal location. Nice new operator with loads of Knowledge and a nice facility for service.

Needed a charger for my ebike and couldn't figure it out and Aaron found me one in 60 seconds. Thanks
