Marco's Pizza

Went last night and looked like they had gotten bombed with orders. I stood up in front and watched the two gentlemen delicate to each other while cutting and packing orders and two ladies just making pizzas after pizzas! They handled themselves so amazingly! Were super polite and greeted every person that came in!!! Just trying to shed some appreciation where it's deserved!

Tonight was not good service, lacking perfessional service, food was not done by the time predicted on my estimate time from order ended up waiting 10 minutes in store had to drive across town no excuse for the wait. Tables full on cardboard boxes had to stand to wait for order. None of the employees in uniform which didn't make sense, the lady if she was the manager was horrible at her job, it's supper time and was more important folding up pizza boxes then staying behind counter and helping the customers or making food was more important. Tonight was a sad case of poor mangement.

The service at the Janesville location is amazing.I had a minor issue and the manager was so wonderful. She corrected it and sent a new pizza out within 1/2 hour with a very sweet driver. She also gave us extra food for the slight inconvenience. The food was very good! Keep up the great work!

I had never ordered pizza from here before and not prepared. Ryan Y was awesome help over the phone. Excited to eat this za!!!

What I have to say first is the quality of the pizzas is unbeatable, truly succulent and delicious, even the edge of the bread is a delight even after being cold.

Ordered online and picked up. Super fast and pizza was excellent.

We typically are pizza snobs. Chain places usually are bland or not fresh. Marcos has that perfect sweet spot of affordable but good quality. Now it’s not authentic Italian pizza per se but if you want a delicious, fresh, and flavorful pizza without the expensive pizzeria price, this is the place. We’ve had nothing but phenomenal customer service from this store as well. We enjoy being a regular customer!

Had a great pizza. I had the deluxe and my kids had a half pepperoni and cheese. The fresh dough and fresh pizza was uplifting and incredible!

We ordered a large catering order last weekend for my daughter's first birthday party. We ordered pizza, cheesy bread, wings, and salad. All of the food tasted amazing! All of our guests kept talking about it and asking where we got it from. My fiancé was the one who went to pick it up and said that the staff were very helpful and even helped bring it all out to our vehicle. They included plates, napkins, and individually wrapped silverware which I was not expecting. We have enough plastic silverware now to last us for years 🤣 Overall, it was a great experience and will we definitely be ordering from here again!

We had a large deluxe last night & it was the MOST DELICIOUS pizza we ever had, or at least in a very long time!!! They had it done quickly, we picked up & it was hot & very generous with quality toppings!! Wish we had this place near our home!!!

Hi, I'm from South Africa so the accent doesn't always go as you hoped but the lady that did my order and messed it up was super awesome!!! Amazing!!! I didn't get her name and she didn't mess it up it was just miscommunication but definitely great service! The way you handled yourself was absolutely perfect. Definitely ordering again!

As a Janesville local and south side resident I was so excited when this place opened up. The food is so good, with a lot of choices. The staff are so chill and inviting when you enter. The delivery drivers are super nice. It’s connected to Family video, and if you are still able to get a free movie when you do Carry out it makes it that much better of a pizza place :) go ahead give them a call. Tip, try all three crust toppings on your pizza of choice... you won’t regret it.

We ordered pizza from the Janesville WI store and the new manager answered the phone and took our order. The was very helpful with setting up a delivery order and went above and beyond to find us some deals and it was very much appreciated. Thank you! Now that we know we are in your delivery area, we will be ordering a lot more.

Best pizza around IMO. We literally drove here just for it (1.5 hours). Loved living just down the road from them years ago so we could get it more frequently. Sauce is very yummy and the toppings and crust is great too. Not too hard and not too soft. Price is great too.

We ordered two salads. The lettuce was perfect. It’s freshly cut and not bagged lettuce. It was delicious. I ordered mushrooms and wouldn’t again as they were from a can. We will have to try the pizza sometime. This seems to be a very busy joint, and I’m sure there is a reason for this.

If she's not, Amber should be a trainer for all employees everywhere, regarding "how to treat customers". Actually Amber knows how to simply treat "people".

Marco's is very fortunate to have such a wonderful representative.
