Went in for brake issues. I kind of knew the problem already. Their assessment and diagnosis was on the mark. Did not over sell me at all. They did advise me of the 6 year old degraded battery. Sent a picture of the test results. $820 total out the door for rear pads, rotors, new battery. Installed battery was less than going to local parts store and it has a 42 month warranty. They earned a new long term customer.

Thanks to these folks I now have a virtually new, and very safe vehicle, and they did more work for less than I expected, by nearly 1/3! They are now working on our Lexus! Thanks again!

The folks at Cleveland Heights Swedish Solution have taken excellent care of my Classic Volvo 240DL as well as my BMW 330ci. This includes customer care with scheduling, loaner cars and communication about repair costs and expert recommendations.

I would highly recommend Swedish Solution. I found them online because of their reviews and brought my VW in for a repair. They were quick and communicative, updating me hours after I brought my vehicle in. You pay for the quality here. Safe to say I’ll be back!

I have a fairly rare car that I adore and I wouldn’t trust any one else to work on it. Swedish has been communicative, fair, and professional in all my work with them. They do excellent work and take great care of both customer and car.

I've taken my 2011 Volvo C30 here for several things now despite their shop is a bit out of my way. Which if I'm honest I think everything in Cleveland Heights is a bit out of the way with no direct highways. Tires, custom camber adjustments, alignments, some miscellaneous repairs... Most recently the engine in my car skipped timing and cause the valves to get bent. They did a phenomenal job getting my car in and back on the road within a week. They kept me updated and I had them do a few extra preventative items while they had the head off. This was an expensive repair but I believe their pricing is fair. And owning a Volvo I know parts aren't cheap. You get what you pay for. I really appreciate their hard work and honesty. The guys that work at the shop are all very nice and knowledgeable. They always have answers for my questions and they're just nice to chat with. They appreciate the cars they work on - Especially knowing I'm an enthusiast. It's nice knowing I can take my car to a place that has an understanding and appreciation for what my car means to me. I try to do my own work on my car when I can but I will continue to use them for big jobs I highly recommend you do to.

Everyone was super friendly and responsive, prices were fair, and my old Volvo was ready in less than a day. The process for reviewing each proposed repair was also clear and straightforward.

I’ve been coming here regularly since the winter of 2021 for basic work such as oil changes. I also stopped in to discuss new wheels and tires for another car and everyone has been friendly, accommodating, patient. The location is convenient and it’s a pleasure to support this local business. You never “want” to get your car worked on since it always means $$$ but when it must be done, this is a great place to go.

This is a first class honest operation. I have been with them since 1996. They can repair almost anything and at fair price. Also, if any of their cars available, they allow you to use them.

I rarely post reviews but this one is very warranted. My Audi Allroad recently underwent a fairly extensive repair and overhaul. The quality of the work done was fantastic and my car has never been better. Dan and the rest of the team are great and I look forward to bringing my cars to them in the future!

Exelent job: 140,456 mile service and then some; replaced the left external rear view mirror, got the sun/moon roof and the ventilation system (AC, heat & cold) working again.

I called today about a battery replacement for my bmw x1, took my car in shortly after,and it was fixed with great communication within the next few hours. The service was smooth, fast, and easy. I would def recommend.

I have a 12 year old BMW that this company services. I really love my car and I don’t particularly want to get a new one. I was recently going to do a drive to the East Coast and I was talking with Matt and I asked him about the safety of my car in order to take a trip that was nine hours each way. He said why don’t you bring it in and will look it over. Which I did and they gave me the OK to go and it was free of charge. I call that service. I feel taken care of around the safety of my car and if anything ever sounds strange they tell me to bring it in ASAP and then have given me an accurate diagnosis...and one that the dealership actually missed. These guys are friendly available and accurate.

Absolutely amazing service so far! I’m confident enough after talking to the guys there about what’s going on with my car and them being so prompt and punctual about everything to give them a 5 star review even before the repair is completed. Price is amazing. With how well things have been going so far with them I’d feel wrong even taking my car to a Take5 for an oil change anymore after this experience, I’d rather just keep going here to get everything done for my car! If there was a 6th star I’d be giving that to them!
