Even before you walk into Masterworks Automotive, you will be impressed, as was I, by the efficiency of setting up an appointment.
They worked with me and my schedule to squeeze me in ( I *MAY* have waited until the last minute) and were very pleasant about it.
When you walk into the shop, you will NOT be assaulted by the ubiquitous smell of most garages and you will notice how clean the customer area is. You will also see that the garage itself is clean & organized.
My car was ready sooner than promised and was not dirty!
I felt that Masterworks Automotive respected me, my time/schedule and my car
They also give you an electronic link to the multipoint inspection

This shop has impressed me. Masterworks does care about their customers and about doing the right thing.

I had my rear wheel bearings replaced by Masterworks and ran into an issue two months later. My lug nuts were likely over-torqued and I ended up shearing one off when switching to summer tires. 3 lug studs were necked (stretched) as well and had to be replaced. In my frustration I wrote a very poor review.

Unfortunately I messed up because I did not give Masterworks a chance to make things right before I wrote the review. Simple mistakes can happen and it is more about the response to the issue than the problem occurring in the first place. That is my fault and a good lesson to try and work things out instead of assuming everyone is out to screw each other over.

I talked with Steve for a while and we worked everything out. They are making up for the expense of installing the new lug studs. I really appreciate the professionalism from Masterworks to try to make things right even though I had published a 1 star review.

This was my first experience with MasterWorks. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was given an estimate range for the service I desired and the final cost of that service was indeed within in the mid range of that estimate. The electronic estimate on other potential services came to my phone in a timely manner. My service technician gave me a clear understanding of the suggested services and this helped me to determine which services to complete immediately. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Oh yeah and they are an Ohio e-check location.

Diagnosed my issue and fixed, so far so good. Don't feel like I was overcharged. Clean, comfortable waiting area, will recommend and will come again if more service is needed in the future.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Hands down the nicest and cleanest waiting area I've ever seen. It would not be a bad place to be stuck. Quiet, coffee, snacks, and wifi! They also have a quota of e checks they provide each day.

Very professional and fair prices. Might be my new shop if they keep up the great work!

Good work , friendly and knowledgeable staff. A little pricey. But the job was done correctly. The Ford dealership mis diagnosed the issue , tried to sell me a transmission for 6000.00 and masterworks properly diagnosed it . And I was on my way less than a 1000.00 dollars

Addendum:
One year later, I have a newer car that needed new front brakes. Even though they had initially told me that they were booked solid, when I described my problem, they fitted me in to their schedule in days instead of weeks. I had requested other work, but they advised me that it could wait a little while longer.
I would happily recommend them to anyone who asks.
Addendum part two:
I needed some work done, and I also had an oil change due. I was slotted in their schedule in 2 days, and had my car back 2 more days later. Luckily, I had those days off!
They got the work done without overcharging or adding on extra "needed repairs", and the way they set up remote payment was painless!
I remain a loyal customer and would recommend them to anyone.
Another addendum:
I needed some work done urgently on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, and when I called them they just said to bring it on in. They found a bunch of problems, but they got them all taken care of the same day, for a fair price. According to the mechanic, my car is as close to being brand new without it actually being new. I believe it. The car is driving like a dream. Thanks, guys!
Still another addendum: I just got some scheduled service done, and they had my car back to me way quicker than they had predicted. (Wow) It cost more than I would have liked to spend, but it was still way less than replacing my car would have been. (about 16% of replacement cost, I am guessing.).
Addendum:
Every time that I have needed some work done on my car they have done it in a timely and cost effective manner. I just recently recommended MasterWorks Automotive to someone to whom I was speaking while I was at work (Walmart, it was a customer).

I had some work done and I had a pleasant and stress-free experience. I continue to recommend this company to anyone who is willing to listen to me.

I had my oil changed, and I was very happy that I was not pressured into any additional services. I remain impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I experience at Masterworks. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.
Addendum 11/24/2021 I had my oil changed, and they caught a small problem with my steering mechanism and fixed it before it could become a big problem. It wasn't cheap, but it was way less expensive than a new car. And as always, they were consummate pros!
Addendum 3/20/2022 I had another oil change, and they were very quick and thorough. They reassured me that all my other systems looked good. I am always happy to recommend MasterWorks to anyone as they are outstanding in terms of service and customer relations.
Addendum 8/14/2022
I went there for my AIM test and I was given prompt and attentive service. This was a lot faster and pleasanter than going to the official site in Euclid. No kicks against the official site, just saying Masterworks was better. I would be happy to recommend them for any automotive repairs or inspections.
Once again, I was in for an oil change and I was given the service that I have come to expect as the norm: efficient, courteous, and honest. Really, I think I'm getting a little spoiled as I'm getting what I see as VIP service on a decidedly non VIP budget.

12/29/'23 I needed my rear brake lines replaced and refilled. Not an inexpensive repair, but very necessary. It took them a while to get it done, but it was worth the wait. Also, it was worth every penny. I will happily recommend Masterworks to anyone who asks!
2/1/'24 I needed to have a rattle checked out. It turned out to be some loose nuts. They didn't charge me for fixing this, and they were so nice! I will recommend them to all who ask!

Everyone, especially the gentleman on the phone before going, was very nice. They were very efficient and honest.

They were incredibly kind and accommodating—I traveled in from out of town and had a transmission issue that needed to be fixed right away. They quickly squeezed me in, kept me informed and were able fix the issue so I could continue my trip (great warranty too). Thank you!

The receptionist was very pleasant and walked me through the process. There was no wait time to have emissions test. The technician was also very pleasant and efficient. I was so impressed with the customer service experience that I asked for several business cards. Will definitely recommend and I would give them a 10++
