From walking in the door of the store, until final set-up of our new furniture in our home, service was top-notch. Our sales associate, Anna R listened and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She patiently & accurately handled my order changes I needed to make a few hours after the sale when I measured my living room more carefully. The delivery process was smooth, with notification & updates. Anna, as well as the delivery team were great! Definitely recommend Sam’s Furniture Outlet.

So far have had excellent customer service from both Cornelius and Dominick. Even when there was an issue it was handled with care and professionalism. My bank account is a bit light after each journey, but money well spent. Each Sam's location I found to have a large display and options at various prices to meet you needs and budget. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This particular location may be a bit off the beaten path, you will not regret the trip.

We had a pleasant shopping experience today. Victor (our sales person) was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He helped us pick the perfect entertainment sectional and chair. If we need to go back for anything we will definitely ask for his assistance once again.

Wide variety of quality beds with 100 day satisfaction or replacement. Sales people are low pressure but very knowledgeable and supportive.

My husband and I were greeted inside the front door by Arely, offering help if needed. We weren't pounced on, we appreciated that. We had just come to look around and check out the Labor Day Sale. We looked and if we had any questions Arely was in the area and answered and researched the prices, quality, workmanship, color choices, etc. She is a very knowledgeable salesperson. No pressure, and we all walked alot! We shopped quite awhile. Arely is so patient and focused. We finally decided on four pieces of furniture and were given warranty and delivery information. We enjoyed all the time spent with her and would look for her again! 5 STARS!! Thank you

My husband and I moved to Tucson in 2010 and have been loyal customers since that first week. We’ve liked everything we have purchased throughout the years. We have had only one issue recently, with a mattress that was handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction, which brings me to today.
Today I came in shopping with a store credit. I assumed I’d be working with an office person, however I was wrong. A very nice young male associate, Brandon Dailey, spent two hours transversing from one end of the store to the other trying to help me. To make matters more difficult I have the uncanny ability to find merchandise that isn’t tagged! Well I spent my credit, found some wonderful items and found a nice young man to work with in the future. Thanks again to a great associate Brandon Dailey!

Shelby was incredibly helpful! My husband and I spend a whole day going to a ton of different furniture stores looking for a loft bed and a couch. Not only was Sam’s drastically more affordable, staff like Shelby makes all the difference. She was patient and so helpful. She never made us feel pressured and was never pushy. She even got my (entirely bored) son a blue balloon. It was a really pleasant experience and I cannot recommend Shelby enough.

Stopped in to look at was available, no pressure from any salespeople at all. Saw a nice double recliner on sale and a salesperson was walking by and we asked him about in stock vs. ordering. He was Very nice and knowledgeable and we decided to make a purchase. Thank you Demetrius! A very nice young man, friendly and very professional. The lady assisting us with the final paperwork was also very nice and professional in her job. A very nice experience.

Nice selection of furniture, only complaint is the sales people follow you around and don't let you look with out them bothing you.

This place was great. Shelby was our salesperson and she knocked it out of the park. She was friendly and kind. The manager CT was also friendly and understanding. He listen to our concerns from a previous experience at another location. Between the two of them, they were able to get us what we were looking for without any problems and worked with us on the warrantee program. I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by Arely. She helped us pick out a great furniture set! Super helpful and an amazing attitude!

It’s so funny because my boyfriend and I didn’t intend to go into Sam’s or Ashley’s for a mattress… but we did. We definitely wouldn’t have if it weren’t for Elijah and Jeremy. Elijah was very very patient with us and provided the best information he could and he was still training!! Jeremy and Elijah provided us excellent service and followed up with consistently. If you ever go to Sam’s or Ashley.. please request Elijah and Jeremy!! They’re the best!

Had a wonderful experience with Rebecca. Did not feel rushed or like I was being pushed into a sale. She was super patient with us and my toddler that was being very crazy. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was quick to answer any questions I had.

It was a pleasure working with Arely to find our perfect bedroom set. She was very kind and didn’t push us to quickly purchase anything.

Was doing some window shopping and Rick helped me. Found some amazing furniture!!! He was super helpful and not pushy (you know how some can become like “car salesman”) but he was just relaxed and answered everything I asked. Amazing employee!!!! I didn’t buy anything but DEFINITELY will!!! Window shopping is a curse.. but totally worth it in the end! Especially when you feel welcomed and not hounded lol I’ll be back to buy one of the sets I looked at very soon! Thank you Rick!

Good service... We were looking at a few deals..

They were so efficient and nice! They found everything we were looking for so fast and at an affordable price. They also found all the furniture in a very lovely finish and they were a perfect for our small space. They were also very friendly and funny. They made me feel totally at ease with my first time buying furniture.

Mikhail was very helpful, he showed us a lot of different couches that fit our budget and helped us pick the right one! We ended up having to change our delivery date but it was super easy to change over the phone. The delivery guys were super fast and we love our couch it’s perfect!
