Fry's

I love this store I go almost every day. If you have a problem with anything or you're not satisfied with food, they don't even question you they like to make their customers happy. There's never long lines, and if there is, somebody will notice and immediately open another register unlike every other store I've ever been to.

Love the Fry's shopping experience! Their prices, I believe, are normally more competitive with the other guys. The produce, meat, darn near everything they do there is great. The employees I've interacted with have always been able to assist me with very little run around.

I came in to Fry's at 2:30 on Thursday, June 22nd. Brandon was very friendly, and I needed a dollar with mostly pennies, so thank you so much for taking the time to help me! He works up front at the self-service checkout! He definitely deserves some recognition because although the other employees are very nice, he went out of his way to be extra nice to me and the customers around me. He also made sure to tell the customers to have a good day. I see a lot of places nowadays with horrific customer service. The employees won't even talk to the customers. Brandon, you rock and you are appreciated!

Best prices BUT requires many complicated digital coupons. Many flimsy cardboard isle displays block main shelves and traffic. I've found store management reads comments and corrects things quickly except displays.

The pharmacy tech Brigitta was so helpful and amazing! Alyssa the pharmacist here was spectacular. I got three vaccines and literally felt a tickle with each shot!!! I cannot say enough about these women💛✨💛✨🦄

Love this store. I'm just down the street from it. It's always clean, currently going through a small remodel, but it doesn't interfere with your shopping.

Recently, I have got one of the best service experiences in the store Starbucks at the Fry's store Speedway/Pantano. An elder and several young ladies always give me very good services.

I like very much this Fry's store. One of the reasons is very helpful, honest, working hard, and ethical staffs. One of the examples would be the lost of my i-phone at the cart on 08/03/2023 morning, Staff Scott pick it up and sent to Service without any hesitation. I returned to the store and found my i-phone at Service Desk and also found Scott is the staff found my i-phone. I expressed many thanks to Mr. Scott. I think the honest and hard working Scott deserved to be commended. I would be shopping at this Fry's even more.

Roman should get a huuuuuuuuge raise. I just witnessed an elderly man yelling at Roman and he treated him better than he deserved. The man was rude but Roman was calm, cool and 1000000% professional. Roman is excellent at his job and is kind to everyone, even when they are rude and dusret. Brandon at self checkout should get a huuuuuge raise. Friendly, kind and professional.

Fry's at Speedway and Pantano Always Friendly & items stocked. Employees still remember me, shopping there for 20 years

I called the deli department at 8:30 in the morning spoke to Paul. Asked if it was possible to get 24 pieces of fried chicken by 11:00 am the same day. Paul mentioned normally a 24 hours notice was needed. But they were able to help me today. The chicken was delicious! My office staff loved it. Thank you to all the deli team that helped make it happen. They all were super friendly when I picked up the chicken.

This is "My Fry's" this is the only Fry's I like to go to. Most of the staff I encounter are pleasant and helpful. I love Abraham and Don in the self check out. The tall older produce gentleman is also very helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of all the helpful staff. I honestly never have a bad experience here.

Went to the store looking for gallo dry salami and the store manager help is the search for it. We couldn't find it so the manager gave me a sample stick of salami at no charge. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Rob..

Just left my neighborhood Fry's and decided to get checked out instead of doing self check out and had one OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES with your cashier Thadious!! He was amazing, funny, friendly and professional. Really amazing customer service!! Please Please hire more like him as he well represents the company and humanity in a like we're going through!!

I entered the store, went directly to the ice cream isle, picked up the fruit pop flavors I wanted and finished at the express lane with no problem. The cashier was very pleasant. That is my experience at the Fry's store today.

It's my daily store and very convenient.. atmosphere is awesome.. 👍

This is my only option to learn about gardening

Very busy on retired persons paydays. Freezers not operational last couple days. Our normal Ice cream not available, caused us to try other options, worked out any way. Got to try something new.

Every employee is courteous and helpful. I can find lots of products that are cheaper than Walmart. If I have to stop at the store on my way home from a long day, it's nice that they get me in and out with a smile, always

Was planning on a quick stop for a loaf of bread - found some great deals on King's Hawaiian bread, a nice chuck steak, & Lay's Family size chips.They even had some plain cake donuts which are hard to find cause they usually glazed now days. Straight from the grocery store to their gas pump, & go. 😉
