Phenomenal communication, trustworthy (I was told by another business something needed to be replaced and they assured me it didn’t), friendly, and fairly priced. I won’t go anywhere else!

I was in town visiting my parents when I started hearing a grinding noise from my brakes. I brought my car to them on a Wednesday needing it back by Sunday as I was driving home. I didn't make an appointment but showed up asking if they could at least inspect the brakes and let me know if was safe to drive home on. They said they were pretty swamped, their first opening being later in the week, but they would at least take a look at it for me. Friday rolled around, the last day they were open before I had to leave, and they called me in the morning letting me know that they inspected the brakes and that they were worn down but that they went ahead and replaced them for me.

All of this to say, this garage really cares about their customers and doing a good job. I worked with Cole specifically and he was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the Chippewa area who is looking for a trustworthy garage that does quality work.

We had a week long awesome fishing trip and on the way home the bearings and spindle went bad on our trailer and it was not safe driving. With 5 hours left to go on our trip home and being 4:30 PM Friday night we struggled to find anyone to help us out. After calling 15 shops we finally found Goulet’s Garage. At this point we were expecting to have to leave it and drive back up to pick it up but Russ said he was going to try to get us fixed to get home safely. They drove to the parts store right before it closed and stayed late to fix it up and help us out. It’s now 7:00 PM and we just left. Happy to be heading home safely … with the boat. Thank you Russ. Thank you to the guy helping out (sorry I didn’t catch your name).

Here is the kicker. The price was not bad at all. We would recommend Goulet’s garage to anyone who needs any work done. They are great guys and reasonably priced. Like I said 15 other shops couldn’t help us out. Thank you Goulet’s!!!

Outstanding service! These guys helped us out on a Friday night around 4pm, where every other placed said it was too late, or call tomorrow or next week. We were passing through with 4 hours to go when our trailer broke down. Long story short, by 7pm they had us back on the road and going home. These guys were also looking to go home, but they decided to take a look and see if they can help us with the spindle and bearings. They did, that's going above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Scott and Goulet team were awesome. They helped my daughter with her Engine Control Module and saved her a bunch of money compared to the Ford Dealer in Menomonie. Thank you Scott!!!!

New to the area and was looking for a mechanic I could trust. Everyone suggested Goulet's. I've used them for several little things as I don't have a garage or all my tools yet. They have been cheaper and quicker than anywhere I've been before. Hopefully first, last, and only mechanics I need in Wisconsin. Can't recommend them enough. Call before your vehicle dies. Their reputation is well earned and the wait has usually been about a week.

Hands down the best customer service and best prices in the Chippewa Valley. Cole was so helpful, he didn’t give me the run around to try to make money. He told me exactly what I needed and they got it done. Highly recommended.

Excellent service!! Our battery voltage started dropping as we were driving back home after Christmas with family. We were 30 miles from Chippewa Falls and had to get back to Duluth. I called multiple auto repair shops in Chippewa Falls asking if we could stop by to get an alternator looked at. No one gave us the time of day until I called Goulet's auto service. I was told to stop on in and they will take a look. Russ and Scott were very helpful and got us on our way. We couldn't be more thankful!!

I have been using Goulet's for a couple of years, 2 vehicles, and usually get multiple estimates and/or opinions. I have had other places quote ridiculous amounts for the same work and/or adding things that Goulet has told me aren't necessary. I have not had any problems with the work done. If it cost less than the estimate then they charge less, labor or materials. I highly recommend these guys.
