Amazing as usual!! They are always so kind as well as helpful. I always get a courtesy call before my delivery of Oxygen tanks and supplies. They never hesitate to ask if I need anything else. This time the young man even brought me some distilled water for my Oxygen concentration humidifier Jar. He had no idea that I was almost out and saved my daughter a trip to the store. I don't drive anymore so my daughter does a lot for me and she has her plate full with her own family. She just loves you all as well. Thank You so much for your kindness and hospitality and may God Bless each and everyone of you!!

I could not have had better care at this facility from intake through patient care. My doctors were fabulous and checked in on me after the procedure and after I came home. The nursing staff and assistants were amazing. They help each other which translates into better care for the patient. They were kind, accommodating, and interested in you as a person. The food was even good. Thank you to all who took care of me during my stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and outstanding. The facility was excellent. Back to the staff, I can not express enough how extremely excellent and caring the staff was. I was there for a total of, if I remember correctly, 5 days and even though I was in incredible pain, the staff was very helpful in every way possible. The food service was a definite delight and to be honest the entire experience was OUTSTANDING! I wish to extend my sincere thanks to the entire staff on the 7th floor.

I would recommend and am happy with my services through Intermountain Homecare. I receive courteous staff that are always willing to help with questions or issues. I get my supplies on time. The drivers are always courteous and put the supplies where you need them.

I was well taken care of. The therapist was encouraging and compassionate. He was also realistic in my accomplishments realizing that I am still rehabbing the first knee replacement knee and now adding the second knee replacement knee to the mix.

It was a good experience overall. I was treated quickly. Matt Johns was friendly and thorough in going over my personal situation. He wrote me a prescription for exactly what I needed. I was pleased. All others treated me professionally and were helpful and friendly. I felt respected.

It was a very good experience. Jill had a person that wish she was Training and he did a wonderful job. Jill instructed of how sensitive my skin was and all of the sneaky little thing my pit line likes to do he did a wonderful job and was very patient and very professional. I had a very good experience. I was very nervous and full of anxiety before I had surgery. The staff was wonderful in helping me get through the day. Of course the medication always helps😊. That’s why they say your anesthesiologist is your best friend is in my room😊. I would recommend both the surgical center and of course always recommend my Dr. Stanley Phillips Foot & ankle specialist. He is by far one of the kindest, most gentle , understanding Dr. I’ve ever had. Dr.
Phillips and his wonderful staff his nurse Angie who has been with him since I began seeing him which has been over 20yrs ago. Angie’s beautiful daughter which I have to apologize ( I can’t remember her name ) she is as wonderful as her mom. I always leave with a smile on my face with all my questions answered. I could never imagine seeing another podiatrist for anything. This staff is the best ever. Thank you to all of you who have been by my side for over 20yrs & I can’t imagine it being any other way. Thank you for all the great years and being so patient with me. I admire you all.

They called me to tell me they had received my prescription for my oxygen from my Dr and the very pleasant young lady also made sure to see if need anything oxygen related. I told her I did need a humidifier bottle and canulas ,she told me she would send them out via UPS and to my surprise the arrived the next day. Thank Logan IHC Home are you rock.

Quality of care was incredibly good. I made surprising gains in reducing water weight and subsequent gains in good health. I'm very grateful to all those who worked on me

Had total right knee replacement at LDS Hospital. The staff took me me in on time and were very organized & efficient. Dr. Nelson and his team did an amazing job replacing my knee and the doctor talked to me several times before and after the operation to check on me. The post-op staff and PT were very kind and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions.

Excellent customer service, best valet, and easiest handicapped parking.

The Customer Service on my call was among the very best I have had in my life. The person that I spoke with was so cheerful and kind it was contagious. She was very thorough, making sure I was getting everything that I needed. She was very empathetic. I wish she would take my calls every time. I apologize that I don’t remember her name because she deserves to be recognized for the incredible service that she gave me.

The staff are amazing. So polite, professional and kind. They are also efficient at making g you feel relaxed and treat you like you are a special guest not just another number.

It was very hands-on, and it was very delightful to talk to her person. She handled herself very well. I was out of town & for some reason some of my tanks wouldn’t work with the conserver I had. We called & was told someone would come & figure out the problem. Within about 4 hours a delivery person was there. He had extra tanks for me & a different conserver. I was surprised with the quick response, especially since it was Saturday evening. Thanks so much.
