Courtyard by Marriott Youngstown Canfield

The front desk was so nice. The rooms were nice and clean. I made sure to request a bathtub room when I went to get a bath the stopper was broke front desk came up to fix it but couldn't get it she immediately put us in another room and even brought the new key to us. Breakfast was a little expensive but delicious. Everything was well taken care of in the hotel. We will be back when in the area for sure.

Beautiful golf course property in a convenient location. Good service and nice rooms. I have utilized their meeting facilities and they have also exceeded expectations.

This property understands hospitality and 5-star service. From the moment I checked in, I could tell the place was special.

All common areas are well-appointed and clean. The decor is contemporary, while the fireplace on the patio was lit during a snowstorm!

Each evening, I dined at their Kensington restaurant, and Zena (server) made each dinner better than the next! Her attention to detail, great suggestions, and wonderful personality make this place special. The bartender Erica knows how to juggle several customers at one time as she makes picture-perfect drinks. While the food is prepared by a classically trained chef. The Chicken Marsala dish was one of his dishes, I had to have it a third time.

So kudos to the entire team! I'll be back and know if you stay here, you'll return as well!

Beautiful, new, clean hotel. We had our wedding hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott and could not be more pleased. The bridal suite is large and comfortably fit six adults plus our two photographers. The bridal suite has two bathrooms, plus a large countertop with a sink. It was the perfect space to get ready.

Jenny Pratt was wonderful to work with and assisted us in the hotel block bookings. The staff passed out goodie bags to our guests that we had made and were friendly and attentive.

Would absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend!

Can’t speak much to the location since I was in town for a wedding but can say the rooms were really very nice and the service was great too!

When I called to schedule multiple rooms for a holiday party, Jenny (in the sales department), was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the best lodging situation for our group. With the ability to book rooms for groups at the Courtyard as well as at adjacent TownPlace Suites and Springhill Suites, there were a variety of options she could offer. I had a couple of follow up changes prior to the arrival of our group and she managed those in stride: kindly, efficiently, and professionally. We have this party every year and I'm happy to say we will definitely be booking here again!

Fantastic feel to the place clean and quite. Restaurant and Golf course adjacent. Staff friendly rooms up to spec pool and gym.

New hotel with great views fresh rooms friendly staff

Very clean and well maintained hotel! I noticed the staff all cleaning from the carpets, to the hallways, to the rooms. It's also in a safe location well off the road, in a good residential neighborhood that additionally borders a golf club. The room itself has an extra big couch and very comfy beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and was clean. Overall, top-notch hotel and good value for your money! I'm a picky customer who stays in hotels 200+ days a year, so if I'm impressed, then it's good.

We stayed at the Courtyard Canfield recently when there was a widespread power outage. Brittany (front desk) could not have been more accommodating, kind or helpful to me as I was checking in with three children under two. She made sure that we had a great room, Marriott status was recognized and she helped me unload my car and bring all the baby equipment up to our room. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone coming to town or needing accommodations when in the greater Youngstown area.

Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have had. We have a basketball team that stayed with them. Not only was the hotel beautiful and modern but the staff went above and beyond to truly make the experience remarkable. They care greatly about their customers. The food was phenomenal. Jenny offered a personalized experience and was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Sincerely one of the BEST Marriott properties with employees that really care. The grounds are spectacular. Huge shout to the sales manager Jenny for going above and beyond for my travel softball team.

The front desk as soon as we got their were so accommodating and friendly. They were so helpful when my toddler needed milk for her drinking cup at night. The hotel rooms were clean, roomy, modern, and affordable. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. The courtyard with the restaurant and view was spectacular and relaxing.Great hospitality and would definitely come back again.

The staff are always available and very friendly. The rooms are beautiful looking, and the hotel is right on the golf course (for those who love golfing). This is my second stay and the service has been consistently good.

Very nice rooms, extremely comfortable bed and bedding and a lovely shower. Excellent hospitality- we had a small issue with our room and once brought to management's attention- it was remedied immediately by David (Thank You, David). The management here seems to know exactly what they are doing in ensuring guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice accommodations! The staff was very nice, very friendly. Our team stayed here (around 60 athletes and staff members) and they did a great job. The food was delicious as well. The view from the back of the hotel was easily the best one I've ever had. Looking out to the patio, golf course, and pond. The rooms were very clean, and room service came and visited us around 10 or 11 AM. Room was equipped with coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave. Great for if you have eating restrictions and need to bring your own food when you're traveling. Only downside is that there is no hot tub in this hotel. The athletic center wasn't the greatest one I've ever been in, but it had 2 nice treadmills and some other pieces of equipment to work with.

Breakfast is made to order (not free) but so good it is absolutely worth it. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and I travel 150 days a year!

Very convenient location, restaurant/bar attached to one side and a massive Sports bar with golf simulator attached to the other. Lots of locals from the golf community this hotel fronts come here which tells you the drinks and service is great.

Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants all around, forty10’s noodle dishes, are unspeakably good and there is no shortage of shopping for anything you might’ve forgotten at home.

The Youngstown Canfield Marriott is lovely, very clean and inviting with a good range of amenities. The staff is very professional, courteous & helpful. Very satisfied with my stay and will return when in the area in the future.
