AT&T Store

Best customer service. Ryan was an awesome guy. Huge help with the direction with the insurance claim with a ran over phone and setting up a brand new phone. Att should be proud to have him on their team.

Guy that helped us there was extremely helpful and informative. Swapped my data to my new phone while we got sandwiches next door.

The gentlemen that work at this AT&T store are the best. Me and my husband switched from sprint to AT&T and the process was very smooth. Alex was our sales rep and he was the best. So kind and patient. Connor was also there I believe he is the store manager also a very nice guy. This store is definitely the store we will be going to for all of our business! And the icing on top of the cake was that we are cutting our bill in half with much better service☺ Thank you guys so much!

Caleb John is an absolutely exceptional manager! This isn’t just because he knows his work, but because his interpersonal skills are off the charts. Caleb took as much time that was needed to walk me through what I thought would be a very complicated process. In a day and age where people never take personal interests in their job, and in helping others, Caleb is a stark exception. This was the kind of experience one doesn’t get In retail.

Danielle has been the most helpful representative I have ever dealt with in the 20 years I have been with AT&T. Matter of fact, I have not had a bad experience with the Canfield Ohio store to date! She set my husband and I up with new phones, very detail oriented on how to get going with them, even put my new screen protectors on for me. Went out if her way when my old phone was picked up so I would know the exact date. I mean, above and beyond! Look for her when you go!

The customer service at this store was simply wonderful! The manager specifically went above and beyond. Thank you Caleb, and Alex for taking the time to be sure that all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

We were referred to the Canfield location by a relative. Mandy and Alex were there. Two of the most knowledgeable and kind sweet and well mannered people I have met fir customer service reps. Great job Mandy and Alex. Keep up the good work

Julian and the manager were a breath of fresh air after having had a less than pleasant experience at another store. These guys were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly-couldn’t ask for better service!

A salesman saved me $250 by catching a tech issue that was overlooked by the Boardman store, 611, a cell phone repair store and assurion insurance!!! So grateful I stopped in as a last ditch effect!!!

This store has been awesome they took care of me even when the store down the street by Camelot lanes said nothing could be done! Would recommend them to anyone! If you have a choice go to this one!
