The ladies that work at the pharmacy are just amazing. They go above and beyond their requirements. They have helped me obtain medications with approved coupons that I would have never known about. This place is extremely busy, yet somehow they always give great personal service. KUDOS to all you wonderful ladies that work so hard at this pharmacy!!!

CVS Canfield has always been excellent in my opinion & tonight Leah was extremely helpful & courteous to me & the lady in front of me. Handled everything we needed & was so patient with us both. I recommend cvs for anyone especially this location

I had stopped in and they were very busy. The staff was moving around quickly. I believe they were doing in store shopping but they were very courteous. I had two staff members stop to see if I needed help. And when I asked questions about CVS brands products they made me aware that CVS guaranteed all their products or money back. That's quite nice because I usually buy brand but wanted to try one of their products. This CVS was really clean and we'll organized. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I used the Minute Clinic for the first time and my experience was excellent! The staff was caring to my son, he felt very comfortable there. My pharmacy experience was also excellent! I would not hesitate to return.

I am visiting from out of town and grabbed an empty medication bottle. I went to CVS to get some pills for this week. A young man Jake was wonderful. It took many phone calls and a lot of patience for him to get my medication filled. I really appreciate his diligence and politeness through out this ordeal.
Before I retired I worked in home healthcare and had to deal with insurance companies and red tape, so I had experienced somewhat what he did for me. Jake handled all the calls and transfer with composure. Thank you Jake, you went beyond for me.

The pharmacy staff is especially helpful and friendly.
Jenny and Michelle are both excellent pharmacists and great managers. Their staff is always ready to help!

The Minute Clinic here is great. Scheduling online is easy and the NP’s are great. (The pharmacy staff is very rude however).

I walked in with a gift card that i thought was activated turns out it wasn't....and customer service was closed so i couldn't activate it...so after a few phone calls a manager and fellow employees talked to someone who confirmed the money was there and they just let me take the stuff i was buying knowing they had to activate the card monday....a great bunch of people working there!!!!

While I rarely ustilize the “store” portion at this location (or any pharmacy), I’ve always had a kind, accurate pharmacy experience.
