Great experience. I went in on the Saturday before Christmas, they had a 2019 Jeep Wrangler I wanted, talked to Laith, told him what I could do, I wasn't in a rush to buy anything, but he was able to get my payment where I wanted it, drove out the same day with the Wrangler, Merry Christmas to me! No pressure, good communication.

The customer service here is excellent. William Kelly sold us a car a few years ago when he was the sales manager and was wonderful to work with. Years later I had an issue with the warranty after the Jeep got totaled. I was on the phone with William for less than five minutes and he fixed the problem. He could have told have told us to just call Mopar and deal with it (would have taken a month) but he took the time to help us himself and handled it. We are so appreciative of him and this dealership. If we still lived in Rhode Island we would use this dealership exclusively.

After a disappointing experience at another local Jeep dealership, I decided to give Bald Hill a try off of the recommendation of a friend …. And I’m SO happy that I did!
I knew exactly what I was looking for in a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L & lucky for me one was in transit. I made initial contact via email & received a call from the Finance Mgr the same day. He got me in touch with Billy in sales & it was smooth sailing from there. I let Billy know in advance that I was on limited time due to my schedule, we quickly talked payment options & he pushed for a great trade-in value of my vehicle. Within 2 days, our deal was done and I stepped into the dealership for about an hour to sign paperwork before driving off with my Jeep …. the exact same male/model that the other dealership essentially told me I couldn’t afford …. and I got it for far less!

I highly recommend Bald Hill as this was the easiest car buying experience of my life!!

Just leased my second vehicle from Lou rugerri and from start to finish he was amazing. He makes the process so easy. I wouldn’t deal with any other salesmen but him! Mike Mardo, my point of contact, played a pivotal role by providing excellent assistance throughout the process. The proficiency of the two managers I interacted with further contributed to the positive encounter. In summary, the combination of effective negotiation, Mike's outstanding support, and the competence of the managers collectively made my experience at the showroom truly enjoyable.

I visited Tasca Jeep Johnston for a lease quote, but their pricing exceeded the official Jeep advertisement by a significant margin. When I mentioned that Bald Hill Jeep was willing to match the Jeep official price, they expressed skepticism and doubted Bald Hill's ability to honor that price. The Tasca experience left me with a negative impression. Fortunately, I'm pleased with my decision to choose Bald Hill Jeep. Despite lease brokers offering better prices than both dealers, I went with Bald Hill Jeep for my leasing decision.

A different dealership performed improper repairs on my Jeep, which nearly resulted in my vehicle losing steering.

The Bald Hill Jeep service staff took my concerns seriously and immediately recognized what the issue was (the one time use nut that holds the pitman arm on was re-used instead of being replaced, and nearly fell off), and immediately got to work on the proper repairs.

I will be going here for all major service from now on. They do things right.

I came to bald hill knowing pretty specifically what I was looking for. When asking questions I never felt pushed or swayed in any other direction and I was greeted with kindness and humbleness. Louie was the absolute best and had patience with me but also was so responsive and easy to talk to. The process was smooth and to the point and I drove away loving my new vehicle and happy with the outcome. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had!

At a time when purchasing a new vehicle is challenging, Bald Hill spent the time and effort to get me the vehicle I needed and wanted at a good price. I dealt with ten other car dealerships between the two brands I had narrowed my search to and Kassidy at Bald Hill was the only one to put in the work to get what I wanted. In the end, I have a Ram 1500 Laramie that has what I wanted and more for less than what I needed. Price is always a factor but finding what you need and want is first for me. There was no overselling and no typical dealer pressure tactics applied during the process which made the experience very comfortable.
