Duluth is the best. They have the most comfortable and durable gear out there. Number one for outdoor enthusiasts pr people who are looking for long lasting clothing built to handle abuse.

Loreene, Lisa and Kelly were absolutely amazing! I took BIG advantage of the 40% off and really stocked up! They helped me locate the sizes I needed and answered any question I had with a wonderful smile. I seriously almost exclusively wear DTC clothing. It is unlike any other clothing I have ever owned. There are multiple pockets in their gear -- and so many special tailoring details I've never seen before. The clothing wears better than those of another brand (that is located in Maine). I've worn a DTC knee length down coat for three winters. I wear it when I walk the beach in New England ALL winter long. I loved the coat so much that I bought two others at the end of the season sale. They are still in boxes in my closet. Thanks Loreene, Lisa, Kelly and DTC!!!

I am always skeptical of fives so I gave a four. The products seem to be high quality for people that are interested in making their clothes last for a while. The pants and shirts have great construction and look and feel like they will hold up very well. The underpants are everything they are advertised to be, they fit well and feel great. I would highly recommend stopping by and chatting with the friendly sales people (no pressure) to check the place out. As far as I can tell, there are only two stores in New England at this time. Found the pants onsale the next day. Went back in and received credit immediately, no hassle. Changed to 5 stars.

Love the clothes here. Very well made. Just wish they cost a bit less so I can buy more.
Also wish they had more "standard fit" or "slim fit" for pants & shorts; vast majority is all "relaxed fit". Same goes for their shirts; need for standard fit & slim fit.
Their "untuck" shirts are also too long. So long in fact that I have to 'tuck' them. Duluth has always been generous with the length of their shirts, they need to be less so on the "untucks".

We were greeted by the most exuberant and welcoming sales staff as we entered the store today, "How may I help you?" From the first foot in the store until the moment we left with our purchases, we were treated by the most helpful sales staff. They were always at the ready to be of assistance. Customers were even happy! This store has amazing products, along with authentically thoughtful employees, it's a great experience to shop at Duluth Trading Company in Warwick, RI.

The store looked very clean and organized when I entered. Prior to my visit, I had seen shoes online and saw that this company carried them. I had called and spoken to Tyler, as these shoes ran in UK sizes, I was hesitant to order them online. Tyler was very pleasant and.helpful, he checked to see if they had the size I requested and put them aside for me to try on the next day when I was available to go. There was a male cashier/salesperson at the register when I went in, he gave me the shoes that were put aside and I took them to the shoe department to try on. Turns out it was a good thing I did, I needed a smaller size and was able to find them myself. The store was quiet, I could see another lady shopping on the other side of the store, and it seemed like the gentleman who greeted me and one other lady were the only 2 employees working (I fully understand almost everywhere is short-handed, help is hard to find). When I had spoken to Tyler, he did say he would not be there the next day.
I was totally thrilled that I was able to find the shoes I wanted, tried on 3 different sizes, but was just a little disappointed that neither of the salespeople ever came over to see if they could be of any assistance. The male salesperson did tell me I could get 10% off if I signed up to receive emails about new products and sales in the store, which I did. Because I bought the shoes in the store, which I did not know until my visit, I was able to save 25% off my shoes as well, it was an in store special only. Feeling quite pleased with my purchase I left feeling quite happy with myself ( I really dislike going into stores to shop). I would sincerely like to thank Tyler for all his assistance, he was very informative and pleasant to talk to. I think he is a great asset to Duluth Trading and hope to meet him when visiting again.

Great clothes and stuff I didn't think of like a weed and ice propane torch.

My first time shopping at the Duluth Trading Company. I absolutely love this store. The staff was very welcoming and helpful without hovering or otherwise over doing it. The store was fun to explore and the quality of the inventory from clothing to pet accessories was excellent. I was able find sizes I normally have to order online. Fantastic!! Can't wait to go back.

Great quality, great prices and great service.

Traded in a pair of shoes that were a little over a year old and had 2 seams coming apart. Very good service; they gave us a new pair in trade for zero dollars. I bought a new pair of shoes, partly because they were so fair.

Always a good time to be had exploring the areas of the store. Love how they throw everything out in the open with no shame with all their fun sayings. Pricing a bit high with some things but definitely seems to be good quality. Great variety of underwear types for both male/female! Love my flannel button up shirts that have extra hidden buttons so that my shirt doesn't pop open in the wrong areas. Great customer service. Definitely worth a trip to stop in and check out especially if you haven't been to Duluth before!

Always love this place. One of the few retail/clothing outlets where the staff is genuinely helpful.

And it isn't just one particularly dedicated employee. I've never had a bad experience here.

Also, they make good stuff. How often do you keep a t-shirt for 5 years anymore?

Excellent customer service - associate stayed with us through several searches for "just right" cargo pants with proper weight fabric and color. Huge inventory of size available. As good an experience for husband as have been mine on the (literally) distaff side. Highly recommend!

Good clean store with extremely helpful employees!!

Recently my wonderful wife bought me a few pairs of Duluth Trading pants which I now believe are the best pants I've ever owned.
Today I had the opportunity to visit the store while they were having a 30% off sale. The experience was amazing. Everyone was super helpful and the store was very clean and organized.
Speaking of helpful, I would especially like to thank Lisa for helping me as she went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for me.
This Duluth Trading store has set the bar for how a shopping experience should be.

Great store with helpful staff. Went there with my husband, who is tall and I left with a couple items I like too- didn't realize they carried petite. Clothes are well made- we are both very happy with their products.

Awesome quality clothing, footwear and accessories. A little on the pricey side, but the durability and quality merit the cost. The retail location in centrally located on Rt. 2 in Warwick. Plenty of free parking too. Store staff are friendly and helpful. The clothing features sizes to fit pretty much anyone, even big and tall... Styles range from athletic, to casual and even business casual.
