AT&T Store

Andrea was an amazing salesperson! She was very attentive to my needs with my new purchase. She alerted me to various promotions and gave me different options. She also took the time to help me transfer my apps and data from my old phone. She cares very much about her role in the company and puts a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. This is the best experience I have had at AT&T and I have been a customer for many years. Thank you!

Will and Andréa spent vastly more time with me than I’ve ever been due with them. They are more knowledgeable than most tenured professionals in any industry with which they work, and will extend themselves beyond their own known means to accommodate a customer in true need. I’d ask of the reader not to read this review and take advantage of their good nature, but then again, they’re more than competent enough to decide whether that is the case.

Andrea is Amazing!! Had very pretty complex porting changes as we as other services. She was phenomenal. Worked super hard until everything was done. Super happy customer here.

The staff here is wonderful; helpful, friendly, truly competent. I felt entirely welcome. I'm not clever with technology and the manager (was his name Adam??) went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I'll always return to this excellent shop!

We had an amazing experience. The gentleman who assisted us at the 1000 Bald Hill Rd, AT&T @ about 5PM on Monday, was very profesional & pleasant, he was very knowledgeable and executed everything in an efficient manner. The complete staff working while we were there were extremely pleasant, extremely helpful and attentive with everyone. It was overall a great experience, he deserves a raise or bonus! Also, the young lady work beside him was amazing too. Thank you for the great customer service. I don't usually give reviews, because I'm usually very busy with work, but the experience was so great, that I had to take the time to give them the praise they deserve.

Andrea helped us at AT&T she was Fantastic She took the time to transfer everything for us because we had a Samsung and transferred to Apple. She worked hard to do this and explained everything about our changes. You have a great employee. bald hill

I went to the store yesterday on Rt2 the young lady was very very helpful and got me out in about ten minutes with my new iPhone pro 13. Will definitely revisit in the future if I need to.Most definitely. I wish I got her name so she would be recognize for a very professional & friendly manner.

I want to let you know that Adam, Andrea and Joe at your 1000 Bald Hill Road AT&T Store are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Not only did I purchase a new phone, have my iPad updated but had to return and exchange my new phone. Adam, Andrea and Joe treated me with the utmost respect. They explained everything to me in the most helpful way and in no way made me feel that I was causing them any inconvenience.

I recently had a very wonderful experience at this store. I typically have many questions which can be a bother to most people but not to the store associate, Sophia. She was so incredibly helpful, I am so grateful for her kindness, and helping me alter my new phone plan. It was my first time visit this store location but Sophia made me feel so comfortable and secure I will definitely be returning!

I was helped by Jeffrey Cuartas, and let me tell you.... he was very kind, energetic and knew exactly how to handle my situation. In the customer service business, listening and nurturing an interaction is very important; Jeffrey went above and beyond ensuring me a phenomenal experience. This location and the company should feel fortunate to count with guys like Jeffrey who will always pull through for his clients.

I hope to see this gentleman be considered for a management position as a reward for his excellent work.

My family and I originally came into the store for one new phone and left with a new phone plus 2 apple watches. Alison D. was very kind and insightful on all types of deals going on, making sure we were getting the best deals possible. A great employee!

Jamie was AMAZING!!!!! I had been to the store three other times with no luck and Jamie made up for all of that PLUS MORE! She was super helpful in transferring my phone number to another account! She also kept us up to date with all the promos going on. We left with a trade in value of 800 for my old cracked phone, a new 6 gen Apple Watch and service for our IPad with just a 10$ increase on Our bill!! Thank you Jamie! We will be back and will ask for you specifically 😊
