Food was delicious and abundant. You WILL NOT go home hungry!! Parking was limited and we ended up parking across the street. No big. Dancers were amazing. Staff was amazing. Food was incredible. Worth the price and so glad to be helping out your city in the small way we tourists can...by getting the honor of you sharing your culture with us!! Brysen and David rock!

We were so thrilled that the Old Lahaina Luau had recently reopened since the devastating fires last year in Lahaina. What a breath of fresh air to this dear community. This Hawaiian experience is so very important to the culture when visiting Hawaii. Please visit this particular luau in Maui; a portion of their monthly sales goes to rebuilding Lahaina. ❤

This is definitely one of the best luaus we have attended in terms of the food and the show. It was a beautiful setting, and we watched the sun set as we ate dinner. There were 5 courses, and they brought out a sampling of all the foods in each course. I really enjoyed this over the buffet style. You can still request as much of a particular dish as you want, but they bring it to the table instead of your having to stand in the buffet line. Every course was so nicely done and felt like being at a nice restaurant rather than a buffet.

The show was stunning as well. I loved that they told the history of Maui specifically.

The experience overall was great.

Parking lot filled up early, overflow parking was across the street.

Lots of things to do prior to dinner/show…photos with photographers on hand, shop local made merchandise, enjoy the views.

Food was great, and lots of it, will provide non meat options if asked for. Drinks were equally as great, and an abundance of mocktails available if you don’t want alcohol.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Would come back again.

Absolutely LOVED our time here at this luau. I brought my entire family here for their first luau experience and we were not disappointed.

The amount of care and love that went into making our experience by the wait staff, dancers, and crew was incredible. We felt like we were right at home. Luau’s can be pricey but this one is worth every penny.

My husband and I came on our honeymoon and left with full bellies and huge smiles. Food is brought to your table and you are able to try everything—it’s a LOT of food and all delicious. Definitely come hungry! We quickly got a “welcome drink” from our server and he kept them coming all night. The setting, costumes, music and dancing all came together for a spectacular show. Definitely add this to your itinerary if you can!!

We had a great time at this luau! The servers were attentive and so nice. You get so much food! It was fun to try some different dishes. The show was fun and interesting. I'd go back!!

It was very beautiful and fun. It was great getting to try the different kinds of food. Performance was lovely to watch. At first I questioned the price but when they said open bar, I understood! Got to try a lot of different drinks as well. Bring some cash to buy a couple souvenirs and for the servers. They were on it and we made sure to give a good tip

I was quite skeptical about Luaus given how much they cost, but every dollar we spent at Old Lahaina Luau was worth it! The show was fantastic and the food truly did not stop coming. Be sure to pace yourself, we were pretty out of space by the time we got to dessert. A totally unforgettable evening!

Amazing dinner and show, well worth the price of admission. My dad and I went just to experience a luau and were a bit hesitant based on the price but we weren't disappointed. The food was plentiful and filling along with an open bar and a wide selection of drinks. They explain the culture to you and take you on a journey through the history of Hawaii and the dances. We had a great time and highly recommend this experience.

Best Luau I've been to, lived up to all expectations and staff and performancers outstanding.

I loved the history of education on Maui island. Beautiful show that lasted all through dinner. Lovely vegetable chips and cervical, sweet bread appetizers. There is a lot of food to eat so go to this show with an empty stomach.

Wow this was such a cool experience! Upon arrival you get walked to your table and have time to take photos by the water as well as order a drink. I would recommend coming early! They taught us so much about the Hawaiian culture and cuisine throughout the whole show. Dinner is served in courses and there are dances throughout. Once dinner is finished the show starts. A narrator walks you through Hawaiian history as you learn more about the hula. Such a beautiful atmosphere the entire night! The food was very delicious and authentic with many options for even the pickiest eaters! They even send you with a banana bread at the end. Would recommend!

This is our second time going to this Luau. It is one of the better shows we have been to and by far the best drinks and atmosphere for taking group photos!! The first time we went was a buffet style which they have now changed to a plated meal (Covid rule). The food is good but the buffet was so much nicer allowing you to get more of what you liked and less (or none) of what you didn’t care for. We hate waisting food so a bummer seeing items tossed that we didn’t care for.

The show/music was energetic and so beautiful.
The setting and location was perfect.
The sunset was breath-taking.
The staff was incredible and made us feel like we were the only table there. David kept us in drinks and food, while Keith kept cleaning up after us.
The food was authentic and very interesting to try.
Overall experience was 100 percent worth the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. For me, a Luau is a one time thing to do since it is very expensive but we enjoyed it. I can see why this is one of the top rated. It was a little unclear if the menu was buffet style, but it is plated. However, there was a lot of food and we were very full and wouldn’t have wanted more. Unlimited drinks and we were able to get them all virgin as well. I felt they did a good job explaining history and showing the evolution of the hula. I saw a portion of another luau at my resort and this was significantly better (although also much more expensive). There were a few times it was hard to hear the narration, so that could be improved.

Beware this gets booked months in advance. They were fully booked when I looked, but added my name to my waitlist and got a call a week before they had a spot, so their waitlist does work! Note: I did not receive any confirmation when signing up for the waitlist which was frustrating, but did get an email when the spot opened up.

Highly recommend! The location was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We loved the variety of food that was served and how every dish was explained.

We got to see the unearthing of the pig at the start, and amazing performances as we ate.

It rained a bit during the luau but it didn’t bother us!

Amazing food - way too much to eat! Drinks were abundant & included in the price of admission. The food just kept coming! The service was top notch & the show was fantastic. Our server, Spencer & Tasha were on it! This is not an inexpensive evening out, but definitely worth the price! Highly recommend.

Just wow. This was a whole experience. Everything about the service was impeccable. The server was super attentive and friendly. Given the food are traditional Hawaiian cuisine, I cannot judge based on my tastes, but the variety and usage of local ingredients is much appreciated and an experience itself. Though the show only consisted of hula dances, you get to see its history along with Hawaii's. Praise the dancers and their amazing quads and knees. And the hosts do an amazing job keeping a good vibe, they were very entertaining and educational. My only caveat is that there was photography being offered but it had not been stated that it would cost money. I feel bad saying no but 20$ is too much for a photo (or at least without being informed beforehand).
