What a great store! The staff are so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. They have public restrooms available. They were very clean!
The slippers, as is all their merchandise, is just so well made and they guarantee everything they sell! I brought a pair of boots back that tore after 11 years and was so amazed that they replaced them!!

I went in to the L.L. Bean's Cranston location, and had the pleasure of being served by Kim. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the winter gear. She also checked online for a few items that were out-of-stock. I will definitely return. It was such a pleasant experience!

All the sales associates are very attentive and friendly. I love llbeans product so I enjoyed shopping there.

Best backpacks my kids have ever owned. My daughter has had the same one for 9 years and it is still going. No rips or tears and all the zippers work like new.

They had some pretty good camping gear here. I kind of forgot they had some nice stuff, because they are so close to REI. They have a really nice super lightweight hiking tent worth checking out.

Great clothing, and sometimes there's great sales. Still less than north end and other brands that charge just for the brand name and not the quality of manufacturing. The duck boots to the insulated jackets, they have a great supply of various items that will last many years with heavy use.

I was assisted by Ania and she was wonderful. She helped select my jeans, was pleasant, professional, efficient and she is an asset to your company. It was my first time in the store at Garden City, RI and I am very pleased with the service. 5 stars for Ania!

Top notch store! Always well stopped, clean, and with the nicest employees around! L.L. Bean is a place you can trust. True, the prices are higher than other places, however, you get quality clothing and materials. If you use it a lot and need a great fit and look, go with L.L. Bean. It’s well worth it in the long run.

This review is particularly for Mike, who helped my husband and I with boots yesterday. I want Mike to be recognized for his excellent customer service and the time and attention he gave to us - while also helping several other customers simultaneously! I watched him give everyone the same care, attention, and helpful information despite how busy he was in the moment. Mike was warm, kind, honest, and very knowledgeable. He seems to genuinely enjoy doing his job and it shows through his demeanor. This stands out to me as someone who worked as a retail manager for many years. I understand how thankless these jobs can feel (especially around the holidays) and working with Mike, it felt like we were working with the maker of the boots himself. That is a wonderful and rare experience in a large retail environment and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service we received here. If you’re looking for boots especially, go see Mike at this LL Bean location. You absolutely won’t be disappointed!
A side note to the manager: I tried to go online to fill out the survey on the bottom of our receipt but it doesn’t work. Please be sure Mike receives recognition for his service.

Had a great experience for my first time at an LL Bean store. The store was quite neat for being pretty busy. Being just after Christmas there was a lot of people here. The staff was super friendly. My favorite part of this was that I had seen something that I really liked online, and while I was checking the in store availability it said I could reserve it for 2 business days! Seeing how there was only one left in the size and color I wanted, I was in luck. They even send an email when they grab it and put it in the back for you so you know it's there and waiting for you. This is all well and good, but the great clothes, shoes and items are the real star. They are top notch and I love them. Customer for life.
