This place is a gem of tools. Mostly Rigid and Ryobi but others too. There are tools that are new, blemished, and reconditioned, which mainly changed the time in the warranty and less cost on the reconditioned items. Great store on your way up north.

I like places like this, straight forward tools/toys. Not like the green colored place where candy is first and a 2x4 is at the farthest corner, it just seems weird when I can buy dog food faster than a tool

Amazing adult toy store... Not in a weird way people. They have amazing prices and deals on factory reconditioned and blemished Ryobi & Ridged tools. Go here especially if your buying for a first time home buyer. I just live expanding my collection.

Decent selection of all your standard power tools at good prices. I bought a pressure washer here last summer (always get the Honda motor!) and that thing still runs great. I use it a lot.

Staff was helpful, and they helped me put it into my truck.

Great place for meandering while others shop elsewhere. Good deals on Ryobi tools, especially the factory blemish items with new batteries and full warranty. Nice folks too, always helpful and kind.

Purchased a refurbished tool that did not preform as it should. I returned it but could not get a refund or a replacement as it was the only one of that model. Amy was very helpful and worked out a good solution with a different non refurbished model. Thank you.

I have purchased several power tools from here recently after much research. I have gotten great deals on reconditioned and blemished products. They look like new and Perform like new. I have had no problems yet. The employees are also very helpful. Update, January 2019 still no problems. Drill press, table saw, planer, sander, circ saw.....

They mainly carry reconditioned Ryobi & Rigid tools. Staff is friendly. When I went in to purchase my first set of Ryobi tools, they were running 25% off of their already-low prices. Before I left, they plugged in the charger, checked both the battery & charger, and checked all of the tools to make sure they were functioning properly before I left the store. While contractors might be more "brand specific", you can't go wrong with the prices. Just be aware that they have a no-return policy.

I've only purchased from this store online. The shipping is fast and priced very reasonably at a flat $7. If you purchase the Factory Blemished Ridgid tools they still qualify for Ridgid's lifetime service agreement (LSA). I can confirm this as I've successfully registered several items. Ive never gotten a "Factory Blemished" tool from them that I can find anything wrong with. They all seem to be new in the box. If you catch it at the right time they run 20% off sitewide fairly often which makes the great prices even better.

Great prices. Staff were very helpful in product selection. They knew in-depth details and information about products. I dropped my receipt in the store by accident and a staff member ran it out to me as I was loading my car. I would recommend checking the store out for yourself.

Always a couple of things at a really good price. The rigid tools are usually iffy quality but if you're paying less than 25% of the price at home depot, get two and you're still coming out ahead.
