I really like the store in downtown Greendale! The owner was very nice to me and there are unique barbecue grills there for sure, definitely worth stopping in to see!!!

I wanted to learn more about cooking with a backyard griddle so I stopped in to talk with Mike at Barbeque Supply Company. Mike shared his experience working with the Halo griddles. I appreciate that the experience was more about a shared passion for outdoor cooking (and smash burgers) than a high pressure sales visit. I was impressed by the build quality of the Halo and I chose a Halo Elite4B. I am so glad I did! My family has really enjoyed our griddle and my kids have commented on how the food tastes and smells like restaurant quality. I also appreciated that the store has just about everything you could possible need as I prefer to feel products rather than guess at what I might like online. Mike is also knowledgeable about the many different sauces and seasonings in his store and perfectly paired them to how I described my taste. Mike is always prepared to help me with everything from a new steak rub all the way to a new Halo portable griddle. He's a great resource that my friends and family appreciate throughout the grill season.

Always have a great selection of seasonings. And the owner is a great guy the few times we've talked. Always asks what I'm making and lends me recommendations.

Amazing shop with all of your barbeque needs. Great selection for beginners as well as hard-core pit masters.
Even as a specialty shop, their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores.

This place is the real deal. For any backyard bbq hero or even the competition folk, all of your bbq supplies resides behind these doors. The Barbeque Supply Company IS Wisconsin BBQ. Mike had a vision and made it happen, such a great, local small business.

Very cool to have a store like this in the area! The owner Mike was very helpful and informative over the phone and in person helping me select a drum smoker and accessories, which he had everything in stock. Huge selection of rubs and sauces. Loved this store! If you like to grill or BBQ you have to go here! Bought a grill and a bunch or rubs from Mike today. Enjoyed just sitting on a stool and chatting for awhile. Excellent selection and awesome costumer service. We will surely stop in every time we are in the area!

Great selection. Carries all the big name BBQ brands when it comes to seasoning. Prices are a tad higher than online, but hey, support local and you’re paying for the convenience of getting your items that day. ONLY knock would be the weekday hours, being someone who works 8-5, only being open until 5 limits me on days I can go there.

Outstanding customer service! Mike helped me get my hands on a GMG Peak Prime within hours of contacting him. Couldn't find one anywhere else and he had one in stock and was able to get it same day without any hassle or issue. Excellent communication, transparent and extremely easy to do business with.

Awesome store and super nice owners!!! Never been good at grilling and they are very helpful - might actually become a grill master LOL!! They just had their 1st class and it was very well run and super informative. Made ribs the very next day and lets just say - the wife was HAPPY!!! :)

For those that are new to barbeque or "seasoned" veterans, you have to get your equipment and supplies from Barbeque Supply in Greendale. I purchased an Alfa pizza oven after looking at various sites online and feeling overwhelmed and uninformed on the subject. I decided to stop in the store to see if they knew about the ovens, and the owner, Mike, was a treasure trove of BBQ knowledge. He talked me through the options out there, and how they work. Mike was super patient with me as I coordinated getting a friend to help me take the oven home. Mike was so gracious about helping us load the unit, and gave me excellent direction on dough and wood to get the oven fired up. The first two pizzas were a huge hit in my family, and Mike now has a customer for life. Please stay out of the big box stores and go so the experts at Barbeque Supply. I promise you will learn so much, and you will be excited to created an experience with your barbeque journey, not just a meal. On a side note, it took less then a day for my neighbor to notice and come over the ask about the oven. He was as excited as I was about the unit. I recommended he stop into to see Mike for his barbeque needs!

Was referred to this place by a friend. Then saw a clip in a morning news show. Finally checked it out in person recently and loved it. Loved there selection of rubs, sauces, and woods. While they were out of the wood chunks I was looking for, I don’t hold it against them. Just means business is good and due to growth of home smoking in sure their products are in high demand. Otherwise it’s the perfect place to find everything you need especially if you’re just getting in to home smoking.

We enjoyed our stop at this shop. Lots of BBQ oriented things to see. My husband was in heaven, and I enjoyed looking around myself. We saw items for sale we had not seen anywhere else. We will be visiting here again in the future.

First time experiencing Barbeque Supply Company and I must say this is a great quaint little store packing a HUGE BBQ Supply punch. Nestled in the heart of Greendale, WI it draws crowds from all Milwaukee communities as there is nothing quite like this store for 50+ miles. Glad they are here and hope they stay!
