New Balance

Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I am not a usually New Balance customer, but decided to try and see what they had available. It was a great experience. The other workers were kind and very welcoming, will definitely be going back for my next pair!

I came in last week almost on a whim, looking for new shoes. Victor A greeted me when I came into the store and was very proactive in helping me find new shoes that would fit best with my job, which includes standing up for most the day. He was very informative about the benefits of different shoes and inserts, as well as advice with posture. 5/5 I would come by again and recommend to my friends!

Since the Garden City opening, my wife and I have purchased several pair of shoes here. Each time the service and attention to our particular needs has been excellent. Just recently, faced with a quickly approaching vacation, the store arranged and delivered a replacement pair before our departure date. The Garden City store is our go to location.

New Review. I walked in knowing vaguely what I was after. I wanted something to walk and hike in. I was warmly greeted by a young man named Jacob. I asked some questions, he answered them all patiently, explaining in detail to help me make a decision. No pressure, no hype, just great customer service. An overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this store.

11/6 I stopped by the around 2pm. I was greeted by Victor and two other gentlemen. I was asked if I needed help right off the bat. I stated I am in market for New Balance 990's V4, V5, and or V6. I told Victor I needed 12 4E and he found me V6 Blue and Grey. I settled for grey since I still have V5 blues in decent shape. I also got a scan of my feet to find out my left foot 10 1/2 and my right foot is 11 1/2. I also found out 2E or 4E would work with my feet. My right foot has always been issue since birth it was stuck in my mom's rib cage and I needed special shoe growing up. As a kid I loved Nike and Jordan's cause that what kids at school where about. As I got older I realized that those brands don't take your width into consideration but New Balance does. The 990 seems to only have blue, grey and black. They seem to make little changes each year. I am intrigued to see how much the fuel cell and encap make a difference from previous 990s. I seem to mess up the back of my right shoe on 990 v4 and v5 for some reason. I was in market for boots but noticed that wasn't a option. LL Beam was a let down cause of the medium width. In Google search I found red wing and recommended them for boots. Thanks for great customer service.

Bought a couple of pairs of shoes today, Nelkin helped me out. He was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products. He gave me his opinion on different shoes and color schemes and was overall just very helpful and kind!

Service was exceptional. Looking for kids sneakers. They sized the kids. They ordered the sneaker we wanted on our size and had it shipped to the house. They me it so easy to do our new school year sneaker shopping. They have sneaker which has a know to turn to tighten and loses
Great for older kids who can't tie, can't keep laced tired or sensory issues.

I have been coming to this store for few years now. I have always been treated like a loyal :) All employees are always nice and friendly. Most importantly, they know what they are selling. I stopped by the store today and one of the staff members - Daisy came straight to me and asked if I needed any help. Without wasting anytime, she helped me to fit few pairs of NB. I was never a big fan of NB until our youth pastor - Pastor Mike introduced me the product. Ever since then, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for! Keep up the good work!

I walked in desperately hoping to find a new pair of runners for my crazy foot requirements, I had spotted a couple of pairs online and wanted to look at them, Steven met me at the door and helped me look for them and everyone I wanted to look at either wasn't there or felt horrible. Steven suggested a pair and when i tried them on they fitted perfectly, supported my feet and was like walking on air OMG I was so thrilled. In and out in 20 min tops. Perfect. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you Steven for all your help

My husband is 4 months post stroke. His physical therapist recommended a heavier sneaker than he was wearing due to a drag he has with his right foot and they recommended New Balance. We were greeted by a newer employee and when we told him what we were looking for, he explained he was new and would get someone to assist us. We were helped by Victor...New Balance should be proud to have an employee like him. His professionalism, knowledge and patience were top notch. We would highly recommend New Balance Cranston. Kyle , Ali, and Isaiah are amazing when it comes to customer service & you can tell they enjoy what they do. As soon as you come in , you're greeted by great people guided with assistance to help you get what you need. The whole store is clean , and you can find almost anything you'd expect in this type of store , in here.

We were assisted by Mike and Emmanuel. They provided excellent service, were knowledgeable, professional and patient. Mike listened carefully to his customer and explained his product in detail. There were no pushy salesman tactics here. I would definitely return.

Great staff. I have never been shoe shopping in 20 minutes before! My physical therapist recommend this place. They have a scanner that shoes where you put pressure on your feet and match you up with the perfect fit! I cannot say much about the loooks of the shoes. They are not my style at all. But if they help my posture and such, then I have to wear them. They are comfortable. I just hope they come out with less hidious looking shoes for the future.

I have pretty weird feet. Wide, recent achilles surgery, and I need a fairly high heel drop (offset.) Many people with wonky feet rely on New Balance, and it would be fair to assume they would rest on their laurels. They were spectacular at this store.. I came in and they did not have the color shoe I wanted in my size, so they ordered it from the warehouse. After trying them on at home, they did not feel right , so I brought them back. I decided on a different shoe, they also did not have it in the color I wanted in my size, but they ordered it from a store in Connecticut and was delivered to my house the next day.

I cannot recommend this store or their staff enough.

I had foot surgery 7 years ago and really hate buying shoes. I didn't hold out a whole lit of hope I'd find sneakers I could wear at New Balance. I was wrong. Daisey was patient, understanding" and gave me great options. I ended up buying sneakers which truly shocked me. Before I met Daisey my only option was an orthopedic catalog. Service is excellent! Very knowledgeable salesman! Took the time to find out what I needed, measured my foot, and fit me to the perfect shoe. Never had service like this and definatly don't get this most places. Highly recomend

This store has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had an issue with my sneakers and they were eager to help me. I only buy New Balance or me and my son. I will not go anywhere else! You have a customer for life! Thank you!

Excellent customer service by Alex who was very patient. As soon as I walked in, I was waited on so impressed with number of sales people working since I walked in shortly behind someone else and there were 1 or 2 other patrons there before us.
