The Dispensary East Dubuque

I have been coming here for almost 3 years, and every time I visit, I leave content. I am greeted as family. The wait is never too long. It is actually really nice to have this place filled with all the beautiful different people that pass through and who are regulars such as myself. I love all the bud tenders... Dave, Brian, Matt, Mathew, Mac, Justin, Austin. I don't remember the female employees, but they are equally beautiful people.

I have grown so fond of this place for both excellent service and excellent staff. I visit twice a week on average. With all of the crazy questions I have been able to throw at the staff, they have had an answer for me every time! They are very knowledgeable on their products, and they are happy to look up an answer for you if they do not have it. I will say this, the point reward system could be a little more generous. As I said earlier, I frequent it twice a week. So for people like me who visit 2 times a week or more should be a better reward system. But that is only a tiny flaw in a system that has been so very good to me. So, in summation, I recommend this place to any and all for all of your recreational or medical cannabis needs! This is, hands down, the best dispo I've been to in Illinois.

Customer service can make or break just about any business, and the service here MAKES it. Employees have been consistently friendly, patient and helpful. I'm terrible with names but out of at least six stops I can't say I've had ANY less than stellar interactions with staff.

Deals are also great here when they hit! We can complain about pricing all day, but that's more a "state of IL" problem than the dispo's fault. If you're in the area and need to pick up, The Dispensary should do ya good!

Solid menu with plenty of options to choose from. The line queue was long when I arrived but they had a great process to get people through quickly and efficiently.

An incredible customer service experience, for sure. Good folks doing good things. Pleasant, not rushed, but they hustle to find what you're looking for. Some of the nicest tenders, all cheerful and helpful. No-brainer.. check it out.

It was just like I had heard about. Menus on tv screens. You don’t get to see or smell the flower before purchasing, but there is a lot of choices. Prices way higher than Michigan.

WI cannabis produxer here. The Dispensary in East Dubuque is a great dispensary. Security and front desk were friendly and helpful. Got right in 1 minutes wait. Just long enough to look at menus that were prominently placed.
My budtender Andrew was really cool. Very Profesional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out an Cannabis Cup award winner. Picking great flower with the right terps and without rushing me or being rude. Great place to buy legal cannabis

Gave some one a ride.. ended up winning this.. friendly, awesome staff.. atmosphere is welcoming.. and I will drive that extra drive just to see them again. Thanks for a awesome experience..

Second Illinois dispensary I have visited. Really liked the large screen menus that pretty much occupied 2 walls in primary area. The pricing was similar to the Milan store with a similar selection as well. The staff also advised me about the special that are available at the time. No waiting list, walk in, waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes with cannabis advisor and out the door. Really enjoyed the experience.
