Outstanding customer service. The staff are amazing, knowledgable, service oriented but don’t hover. They can fix or alter anything perfectly. Clothes are quality and they have good sales!

Best clothing store in Dubuque. Stylish, cool, high-quality clothes. Sporty, casual, dressy - they have it all. They also give you awesome customer service with helpful shopping advice, gift wrapping, and expert info on everything they sell. I don't enjoy shopping but I like going into Graham's.

Great to work with. Dan their sales man was great, did fitment and work through getting suit tailored. Help choose some good looking shoes and ties. Was not pushy, gave you the info you wanted and helped when needed!

After looking for suits for my wedding and looking for them all over Kansas City I was discouraged. My at the time fiancé told me about this store her grandmother always got her husbands clothes from. Sharp, elegant and comfortable, this establishment combines all of these very well. I found my suit and thanks to the graciousness and guidance of Katie my wedding day was great and felt great wearing a suit provided from their expertise. Thank you Grahams for great costumer service and excellent choices sophisticated wear and going above and beyond.

This store is absolutely awesome. I went through Grahams for suits for my wedding and they hit the ball out the park with the quality of service, knowledge, and with being ready & available anytime we needed something or had a question. We visited other possible stores in Dubuque before choosing Grahams and I am thoroughly convinced that nowhere else in town, and probably only a few in the state, measures up to them.

I have also purchased clothing from here on other occasions and the quality of the clothing is fantastic. It costs more than what you would pay at most chain stores, but that is because the clothing and service are far above what you get from most clothing chains. Best place to go if you want to look sharp.

What an amazing experience. We were in Dubuque for a few days. A friend took my husband and I to Graham's for the first time. Everyone was great but Ben was over-the-top. We have never experienced a clothier with the kindness, consideration, and expertise as Graham's does. We are older which means fitting a suit can be a challenge. We actually came more than once to get a perfect fit, but Ben was more than happy to adjust any concerns. He knew how to totally altar the suit and made all the markings for the alterations dept. My husband has never owned a suit that fit so perfect. Ben was so open to questions about the history of the store and spent time giving us his family history about the store. Our first experience was unbelievable. Thank you Ben Graham for your kindness and the time you spent with us. Your store has a quality and professional service we have never seen. This was my first experience at Graham’s in Dubuque IA. I needed a jacket altered and in need of some shirts and ties. The associate, Dan, who worked with me did a great job, outstanding customer service. The store had a great selection of items and fairly priced. . I’m planning to visit again soon to purchase a few other items. Very impressed and highly recommend Graham’s. Thank you!!

I have been going here since I was a kid. I hadn't been back to this place in about 15 years. I no longer live in the area, and everyone was telling me to just go to a chain suit store. However, I refuse to do so. I specifically come to this place because it isn't a chain. They are professional, have excellent products, and are very personable. They even shipped the suits I purchased to my house. They do a great job.

Graham’s is the only place to go for wedding attire in Dubuque. Their selection, customer service, and attention to detail makes for an easy stop. Ask for Katie when you walk in, she is amazing and very helpful sizing/making adjustments. Would 100% go here again.

I’ve been to Grahams many times, and they have always been incredible. Right from the start, never having a suit before, Katie was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I’ve shopped around at other stores since, and have been thoroughly disappointed by their competition. Grahams is the only place i do my formal wear shopping. On more than one occasion ive needed last-minute service/alterations, and Katie has worked miracles to get what i needed by when i needed it; for that reason alone i choose to make Grahams my only stop for dress clothes. Being a larger guy, i was self conscious about how my shirts and pants fit from ‘cookie cutter’ brands; and was very pleased with how Grahams was able to get me clothes that fit my body shape very well, and fit comfortably. Katie and Ben go the extra mile to bring world-class service and style to an everyday joe like myself, and im very grateful for that!

Graham's customer service is second to none. I needed to purchase a new suit, as I had lost some weight and my old suit no longer fit properly. In addition, the old suit was a little out of style. Ben Graham took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided several options for suit/shirt/tie/shoe/belt combinations. They had a great selection of slim fit suits, which is what I was looking for. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of them. He also threw in some free Smart Wool socks for my wife, who had purchased some sandals while I was in there. Highly recommended!

Please - forget the mall and chain clothiers... this is the place for your professional and casual clothing needs. The staff are extremely personable and will make you feel like "a million bucks". I fondly remember going to a similar clothier in my home town with my dad - and the rite of passage of getting fitted for my first suit as a teenager. This is that place in Dubuque and I look forward to taking my kids there for their rite of passage, too.

Graham's really helped me out in a pinch and made me look good. I highly recommend them.

I live in Portland, OR, and was in a nearby town (Benton, WI) for a wedding. As I was getting ready for the ceremony, I realized I had left my wedding clothes hanging out at my relative's house, which was now 3+ hours away. I needed to do some quick emergency clothes shopping, and my iPhone said that Graham's was the only men's clothing store in a 30 minute radius. I made the drive, not knowing what to expect. I knew as soon as I walked in that I had found the right place. I told them situation, and in about 20 minutes, we had picked out some slacks and a very nice shirt, both of which fit perfectly and just what I was looking for. They were very knowledge (pegged my neck/sleeve by just looked at me -- impressive), had a good selection, and did what they could to have me walk out of there looking sharp. They even hemmed the open-ended slacks and pressed my shirt. I got lots of comments from people at the wedding, even before I told them my last second shopping story.

Just an excellent experience.

High-quality products, great selection, and the newest fashion trends! Always a pleasant experience shopping at Graham's. You are greeted immediately upon stepping foot in the store. Whether it is Ben, Katie, or another staff member they ensure your needs are met.

Working with Ben and his team is a great experience. I have lived in three major cities and been to top clothing stores, the best service I have received has been at Graham's since moving to Dubuque. We recently had client in town that left slacks and sport coat at home for a Saturday night event, Ben had him dressed and ready to go with tailoring complete in 3 hours.

I grew up in Dubuque but now live on the west coast. I’ve been looking for a menswear store that not only had quality products, but have the true desire to make sure I look good in their suggestions. The box stores have nothing on their service or expertise. Ben didn’t try to sell me something just to make a sale, he spent a lot of time making sure that I was happy. Thank You for being so awesome! Next time I come home, you can bet I’ll be stopping in!

If you want a discount retailer with a robot behind the register, this is not your jam--but if you are willing to pay for expertise, Graham's certainly is. In house tailoring (in my case finished day-of!), great selection, and an incredible staff. Great asset of Dubuque.
